Actually, it is really important that that NOT happen, because it would totally piss off her supporters. She needs to be allowed to continue her quixotic campaign (w00t I said "quixotic") until it's clear to
everyone that it's over. Now she's saying that she's going to fight all the way to the convention. Nobody is going to let that happen, and it isn't going to happen, but she's posturing to make it look like she had a fair chance.
Of course, she did have a fair chance, but try telling her supporters that.

No, they can't. Because that's not the way it works. The system works the way it does for a reason. And in prior elections, too many voters' opinions were getting swayed by other results. If Obama's gonna win, then what is there to worry about? Just have some patience, wait, and let it happen. There's a reason why the nominee candidate needs the numbers stated.
And I'm VERY MUCH AGAINST any election process being determined by "well there's no other possible way". That's exactly the flaw I thought we were trying to move away from. Have every vote count, whoever it's for, and let the numbers decide in the end.

Heh. Well, that I can't help ye with. That's the fault of your news media (and ours too, really), not the fault of the candidates or the system. I think the real reason it's dragging on so much longer than before is because so many states thought they were being smart by moving up their primary dates so early leaving a huge gap now.

but guns are totally unnecessary IMO. I nearly got my face blown off when I was a kid b/c my friend wanted to show me his dad's .45 that he kept on top of the refrigerator. The second amendment needs to be amended IMO because it makes reference to a situation that no longer exists.
