people when it comes to hereafter part 1 pause it at 7:04 during wonder women's extreme close up face shot.

now i aint all that well read when it comes to the dc comis mythos from the beginning to the present day, but is it just me or was it pretty much left unsaid that diana had certain feelings towards superman that went beyond mere friendship?

just my thoughts on the matter people but i figure when it comes to diana she would possibly be the only earth born women that could actually handle having a family with superman

what are your thoughts people.

Depending on your mythos Diana Prince's affections have gone to several men. Traditionally, she was connected to CIA agent Steve Trevor, but she has been romantic with others. Most notably is that in the JLA series Batman and Wonder Woman had a relationship for some time, but they broke up amicably and reamined friends.

When you delve into the great realm of Elseworld (now alternate Earths thanks to Infinite Crisis and 52) There are 2 major instances of Superman and Wonder Woman not only being romantically involved, but ultimately having a child. In Batman: The Dark Knight Strikes Back, they have a daughter named Lara who is raised on Themyscira as an amazon but longs to know of her Kryptonian heritage, although she is kept from Superman for her protection because he is under constant survailence from Lex Luthor and Brainiac, who rule the world. When she finally does meet her father, the first thing she asks him is "What about sex?" to which he responds "Never with a terran, they're too fragile," (I guess that makes Lois Lane Kent's sex life pretty boring on Earth-1). Also in the course of the story Wonder Woman successfully seduces Superman as a means of getting to realize that he is the strongest man on earth, it works, and suffice to say the earth moves for them both figuritively and litterally. At the end of the scene Wonder Woman whispers, "I'm pregnant again."

Also, Kingdom Come ends with Supes and WW declaring that they are expecting, Bruce Wayne is named God Father to the child.

Plus in Justice League and JLU, there was clearly something going on between Bruce and Diana. Superman was a great friend and an inspiration to them all, she woulda reacted in a similar manner for any of the other senior members.

I remember the 1st time I saw the New Justice League. I was channel surfing & saw the CGI opening theam being played & thought eh, I bet its dumb.
matter of fact I didn't watch it till a few years later. I had assumed that it was just the Superfriends revisted all over again. but when I did finaly give it a chance I was WOW'ED! because I was a big fan of the Superfriends of the 80ies, I had a good sence of how far the show had come!
& yes, the look on WW's face in "Hear after" at the 7:04 time index is indeed very intence. but IMO I don't know if i'd automaticly jump to it being atrubited to a sexual past between the two. but there's no doubt in my mind that they do have a very special intimate bond. FYI: the word intimate doesn't nessarly have to mean sexual.
for instance many of the members have come to find that they have intimate bonds w/certain other members, such as: Green Lantern & the Flash became very close ever sence Flash stood up for GL when he was being charged w/murder.
theylve been like the closest of brothers ever sence. & even tho Flash may have acted like he wanted Hawkgirl sexualy by makeing passes at her, the fact is Flash & Hawkgirl are like bro & sis. this is very apparent when Flash almost died defeating the Brainiac/Lex monster. when Shiara (Hawkgirl) called out to Wally to come back to her, it was very touching. they all helped to being back Wally in a very beauitful show of team love.
& yes some of these intimate bonds do become sexual as in the case of Bats & WW, or GL & Hawkgirl. but no matter the nature of the relationship, its realy cool to see how they've all come to love & care for each other in their own speical way.
oh yeah, before I forget, how about when Hawkgirl called WW out on her sexuality! WW made a comment about not understand why women need men so bad, & Hawkgirl replied "look, don't knock it till you tried it". HG also called WW out on her religion. about why she always calls on "Hera". WW said when she calls on her gods they give her streanth.

Let's not forget the fact that they started in the air, crashed into the Powerglideing ocean, and this lasted all of 15 minutes.

He can satisfy a woman, knock her up AND Powerglide up a whole bunch of marine animals at once. Goddamn, Frank Miller must really like Superman. rofl.gif

Not so much, he's been the government's (and Batman's) Starscream in both Dark Knight stories and in All-Star Batman

He portrayed him in DKR as a guy who made the wrong choice more than anything... Stupid, yes, bad person, no. The last bit of him coming to Bruce's grave cemented that for me.

in DKSA he was attempting to protect his daughter from being turned into Luthor's slave. Again, a wrong choice, but a morally defensible one. I think Miller thinks of Superman as a guy who does the wrong things for the right reasons.

actually, I said a word that rhymes with witch (not Starscream), but I guess somebody edited it. I think Miller likes kicking the crap outta Superman. Plus, the whole thing where he sacrificed Metropolis to save Kandor was just wrong.

It's the new swear filter, dude. B-itch is edited to be Starscream.

You can thank/blame/act like a lame little wussy like spikeriley/whine at Madhammer for the filter. Well, at the very least the choice of words for the filter and the words that come out it...
