Ok,so I can get him transformed alright, except for one part, his legs are backwards. It would be ok,IF his hips rotated, but they don't.I can rotate his legs, but he does'nt stand correctly. Anybody else have this problem? The instuctions are not helpful at all. I DO NOT get it,and I'm afraid I'm gonna get frustrated and break it. Any advise would be much apperciated.

The feet don't really "lock" into place so I can see how you'd think it was wrong.

I actually had the same problem with mine. Though one can easily see the waist is meant to rotate it was built so damn tight that one could have thought otherwise. When I first transformed Blackout I thought I'd inadvertently break him in two as I tried to turn the hips.
