Maybe he didn't want to leave because he couldn't find what he was looking for. "Well, Mr. Judge, sir, the aisles were really very disorganized. I couldn't find the allergy medication!"

The news on TV just showed it. They said that Shia was drunk.

Why get arrested when you could just leave. I guess he was trying to prove a point.

No it would be more like "But, Mr. Judge, sir, you don't understand. Mr car, it was stalking me! I had to ride to the store on my mother's bike. So I was there hiding from my car! Oh and I couldn't find my dog's medication." And it would just snowball from there.

In all seriousness though, something like this will blow over in about a week or so, if not sooner. It's not like did anything overly harmful. He was just acting like the average college age boy stereotype.

I caught a glimpse of his mug shot- it looked remarkably like his "ladysman217" pic in the movie! He has a goatee IRIC, tho, and he was smiling- are you supposed to smile in a mug shot?

Honestly, I wouldn't mind if TF2 wasnt about that kid anyways. Let him and all the other involved humans die in the first 30sec ... that would make an awesome movie about Transformers ... not about Kids who know transformers
