a definate yes, loved HL 2 on the PC, didnt play it on the Xbox, or either of the following episodes, so the lot in a box for 40 quid is worth it i think.

I'm considering it, but as usual, I'll be late to the party. If I do get it, don't expect me on there in the next month or so.

I just picked up the PC version a few hours ago, mainly for Portal. I just got done trying out TF2, and I'm surprised at just how simply fun the game is. Even when I'm doing horrible its a blast to play.

I've had it for two weeks. I just finished playing through Portal again with the developer commentary on Monday. It's worth 50 bucks just for Portal. So far I'm not getting much out of TF2 (which I was really excited for)...I guess it's due to fond memories of playing TFC through LAN in the school computer lab. Playing with online douches I don't know just doesn't seem to razzle my berries.

i cant help but feel that the levels in TF2 seems smaller then the ones that came before

I'll be getting The Orange Box for the 360 on Christmas.

I can't stand playing multiplayer games nowadays. Too many kids who don't know crap about strategy. Even when I was a "kid" I knew strategy. Not these kids, and no more multiplayer for me thank you.

the empires mod seems to have an older age base and its all about strategy

I think the scene where D0G 0wnz0rs the stalker is the single most badass moment in gaming for 2007. The music from the trailer though would have made it even better.

The only reason the stalker didn't open fire imediately is because it didn't even know D0G was a threat. D0G is just screaming his metal head off at the thing and apeing it up while the stalker is like '...the hell?'

D0G is pretty sweet.
