I know that many of you hate the Jazz movie toy design, especially cause of the arms.
Personnaly, I like when toy-designers are experimenting new things.
But I'm surprised that those arms design with those headlights just above the hands didn't give anybody the idea to convert it into nightbeat.
I'm not good at painting toys and I don't really apreciate that character or toy enought for that. But I gave this idea a try in this quick digibash.
What do you think about that ? Is it convincing ? Anyone wanna try it for real ?

Good idea. A nice break from all the 'battle damage" and metal wash going on with the movie figs.

Vehicle mode pictures would be very nice. And it totally rocks! More pictures! Gallery!

that suprised me at how good it looked (but then again it would look better in any colour than the silver because the plastic hasbro are using at the moment is pretty crappy. (classics starscream's face compared with skywarp's shows this)

If I ever see (and of course purchase) the Legends Class Jazz vs. Bonecrusher set, I will paint the spare Jazz minifigure in Nightbeat's colors, even if the transformation is entirely different (doors on arms, "chestplate" over back window - which may be redone slightly to fit the new character)...

I know. But I don't like that idea that much to do more digibash on it. But as a real custom it surely need a different one. Don't know which one though. Something closer to his comics head.

Well, I bother to digibash a vehicule mode but it is not that convincing actually.
A gallery ? Are you joking or don't realise that it is just a modify digital picture and not a real kitbash ?


So true. I might try to found and extra Classic skywarp just to give SS a proper head. But it is quite expensive
