I did, only about 30 people at my location, it was fun. I picked up the Legendary Edition and a Kubrick 5-pack. I played till 3am and had to call it quits. The Helmet is neat but if the prices keep going up on ebay I might have to sell it.

You guys must all be awesome at Halo *fears for my foray into multiplayer* because a friend of mine and I played Co-op on Heroic last night and both of us were getting our asses handed to us. We got as far as having to take down the shield and had to call it a night though.

Hello. I've been part of these forums for over three months and I've been participating in lots of threads, all that good stuff. I've also been playing Halo 2 for a pretty long time and I pretty much pwn everyone. I'm serious. No one can beat me at that game, I practice all the time and I know the BxR and the double shot and all that other pro stuff. No one has been more anxious for Halo 3 than me, becuase I was so excited about beating new people, with better graphics and stuff. Well this game sucks, I don't know what's wrong, but here are some problems:

1. The needler causes some sort of explosion, only grenades cause explosions that can kill things. I don't like to fear the pink mist while I'm busy teabagging someone. The needler should be removed, or toned down to it's previous ineffectiveness. It's always good to have weapons that are completely useless

2. I can no longer run around pwning people with dual-wielding. I heard that this brought back something from the original Halo that made it amazing. That game must've sucked too, because that was one of my favorite parts of Halo 2, random dual SMG pwnage from a football field away. Not only should the SMG be fixed, but the spiker should be toned down because I'm am getting pwned with it instead.

3. The sniper rifle. OMG. I don't even want to start. I played a game on Guardian and since it's like Lockout and stuff, I thought I'd do my normal thing and just stand in the middle of the map with the sniper and spin around, getting no scopes on any noob that came within 10 feet of me. I usually pwn all day with this. For some reason, I can't hit moving targets at all either. I was at one end of Valhalla and attempted to shoot someone who was running with the flag at the other hand. I shot 4 whole shots right next to him and the bullet did not correct itself and fly into his brain. WTF?

4. The Assault Rifle. That's just bs. No one should start with effective weapons. That's the whole reason I win in Halo 2 because I get the good weapons and then just betray my teammates and get their good weapons. Ensuring I am the top scorer and that we win. If we don't win. It's always my teammates fault, they suck.

5. The Mongoose. This thing has no purpose. Why would I want to use this vehicle? It is fast...okay...the whole point of Halo is pwning noobs. I have no need to get myself or anyone else to an objective quickly.

6. MVP? I am the MVP, I thought you people knew this.

7. They took out all of my glitches, superjump locations, and apparently the reset button on my router (that I have had to replace several times at a high price) are all now useless.

8. I was excited when I found out about another grenade I can stick to noobs. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to stick anyone with those or a plasma grenade. It seems the homing device that once enabled a grenade to find a noob's head has been removed. Also, the new spike grenade is pretty much useless, I don't know what cone damage is, but it's pretty much worthless.

9. The rarely used plasma pistol/Battle Rifle combo no longer works for me. It use to be something only us pros knew about. Well, that has changed, as well as the fact that you can now apparently avoid the plasma. You should not be able to tactically evade any thing that would kill you in this game.

10. The Shotgun. I never used it before unless I had host, but now all these noobs are killing me with it, and I do not understand.

I have many more complaints, but I need to go buy the copy of Halo 2 I traded in back.

There were credits? After the ending cinematic it just gave me a thank you for playing screen which stayed there until I hit the A button.

2. Stay for the Credits. Once you finish the fight, there is a lengthy cutscene. After this, you'll see a thank you not from Bungie. You'll be tempted to hit A, but don't. Wait and let the credits roll. You should take note of the folks who brought you the great experience of Halo 3, but more importantly, there is a second ending (the same on Normal, Heroic, and Legendary difficulty). And if you beat the game on Legendary (even if it's just the final level), you earn a very worthwhile additional ending.
