CYBERTRON VS CYBERDENE

I understand there's a "Transformers/Terminator" comic book series on the way. Will it be Dynamite, will it be IDW?

Will it be as bad as "Transformers/Avengers?" No.

Even though this rumor was debunked - its a neat idea. Er, in a fanboyish Ghey sorta way.

But seriously - what if TFs came down to a planet and found themselves in the middle of someone elses war?
(i guess this was sort of done in the GiJoe books but i dont think its the same thing)

The RoboCop/Terminator comics by Miller were kinda cool in that wacky sort of gheybo way.

BTW - any interest in this that i might have had was crushed when i read the part that Furman was writing it.
I must be the only one who thinks that Furman's writing is dull and lame and cliched.
I.S.T.
I kinda agree. I've read most of the IDW Universe stuff, and it's kind of just.... there. Furman seems ot have an obsession with his theasuarus as well.

I think the spotlights are much better than the main minis. For as little of the story as sunstreaker was actually in, (or ironhide, for that matter), I don't really care if they find either of them alive.

that would be cool, having the TFs show up during the conflict raging in the apocalyptic future

Or better yet, have them show up one day before Judgment Day.

Nuclear War FTW

And actually become the reason for Skynet seizing power. That would be pretty cool.

And as far as the IDW comics--I actually like this continuity in that they're using characters they haven't really used before (Sixshot, Hardhead, Runabout & Runamuck) and using established characters in different ways (Ratchet being the dissending voice, etc.). But I do have a bit of a problem with Furman writing it. I do miss the Mick/Patyk duo.
