I know I've seen mods of G1 Prime with a turning head, and I was going to try it with my Encore figure, but I can't figure out what I'm doing. I carefully removed the rubsign and unscrewed the screw under his head, but the screw wouldn't come out all the way (despite being loose) and the head remained defiantly attached to its body, as if it were glued on. Is there a step I'm missing here, or is this mod only possible with certain versions of the mold?

it's easier with the eldest ones (pre rub) as they're not screwed on, instead there are two pegs,remove the first one and it'll turn no problem. not sure how to go about reissues though
