We can't tell you if it's repairable or not unless we can see pictures, preferably clear ones, of how and where it broke.

Would they take a return considering you have superglued it?

Dude, if you broke a figure during a customization mod, then why would you consider returning it to the store?
Are you the type of assmunch who would repackage a superglued and broken toy to the store to get restocked for some other person to deal with?

Yeah..That's kinda a poor move there. It's the joys of kitbashing..Trial and error, and that can get expensive..Just go buy a new one. It's 10$.

use your dremal and drill bit to cut a hole through the ball and post, put some superglue on a pin, run it through both, problem solved.

That's absurd. You broke it. You pay for it.

Swallow your pride and pay for another Payload. If not for the sake of believing that we're buying a new unmodified toy to collect/mod...do it for the sake of role reversal. Would you want to buy a broken GLUED toy?
As said earlier, it's only $10

Woah woah woah, let's not jump all over Zeru. Some people are use to returning stuff that breaks even after they've fiddled with it. That's the nature of the mass-market beast. They make it quick and easy to do returns and some people just don't think about the consequences.
However yes, what they're saying is right. You already modded it and it didn't work out. If the parts broke right out of the package that's a return for sure. I'd go so far as to say if the arms were so loose they were unusable and you tried gluing them and it didn't work, maaaybe. But once you significantly alter the figure it's pretty unfair to return it and say it's broken, just for future knowledge. Save the parts, his arms could be useful, definatly the cool looking hands, head, and maybe the legs. If you're just getting into kitbashing/customizing you're gonna need extra parts.

Does the ball socket have a slot in the back? Most do, not sure about payloads shoulders tho... You should be able to push the ball out with a flat head scewdriver.
But I am kind of wondering how the arm broke. Did you put it back in before the glue dried?
