jazzs head won't stay up. did I miss a step? he looks better with it up. someone tell me if yours is like this
Make sure his windshield clips in place to his back. 
I clicked it in all the way it just can go more up but it cant do that

You should call him "Blues".
Easy fix: take him apart, and you'll see where there's the sliding "ramp" that pushed up the plate that his head sits on. Cut a short piece from the body of a plsstic zip-tie and crazy-glue it to the underside of his head-mount-plate where it hits that ramp. This will shim his head into that higher, more-alert postion.
Did this to mine, works great. Still need to do it to G1-repaint Jazz. HTH.

I'll have to try that. I have the same problem with my Jazz.
