I found a place online (which for me is usually the way things end up), the the total plus shipping is $57.29. I want to know if nearly $60 is worth it.

I mean, I broke down and bought 08' Bumblebee for $34 on ebay. So I paid over three times as much as retail, but this is only about $15 more than retail.

Is it worth it. Cause if it isn't, I can try and wait for a few weeks and see him in stores (my places are starting to see things like Voyagers Megs and Prime, and I saw a Rescue Ratchet this morning.

It's not a mere $15 that would stop me from buying a figure I really want.

I'd hold off. I have Leader Brawl and love him, but I am seeing him in several places now (Walmart, Target) and in good supply.

If it were me, I'd hold off. In my area, Target has had a couple Leader Brawls on the shelf for well over a week (although I think one of them finally got bought the other day) and TRU got maybe six of them in their shipment a few days ago, so I'd imagine that it would start cropping up around you.

$15 dollars is £7.50 approx NO WAY THAT WOULD STOP ME! You Yanks already pay HALF of what the UK do and you moan about the prospect of an extra £7.50 to get a Leader Class figure! In the UK £7.99 is the price of a BASIC!

Whatever. The guy is asking if he should spend extra money to get Brawl now, or if we think it will be available to him for retail in the near future. How do you get that he wants it for free or on clearance?

I was replying to the previous poster, not the initial poster. That said, I'm surprised no one has suggested "wait 'til it's clearanced" yet. I guess it's only a matter of minutes now.

I love him, and would not let $15 get in my way of getting him. BUT, he is saturating pretty well, so waiting until you find him at retail for $40 is a better way to do it.

There's a Blot load of LC Brawl at TRU, Wal-Mart, and Target.

I got mine at Walmart about a week ago. It was the only one there, but it seems like they are only putting a few out on the shelves at a time. Be patient and keep checking every chance you get.

And to the others, so what if I complain about the prices.

Well, it sounds like I should just sit tight and wait. I can do that. Things'll start to crop up for the holiday season soon, so I can be patient.

EDIT: I found him today. I had to go to Target to get some things. I made my usual trip to the toy section just to see what they got if anything new. On the bottom of their TF area was one Leader Megatron, and one Leader Brawl. I bought him right there. And it was worth the $40 I paid for him. He's awsome...of course the battery powered noises were mildly irritating, so I promptly took them out partway through transforming him.

That's funny. I went to Target today at lunch. Guess what??? One Leader Megatron. I scooped him up along with G1 Scream repaint. I wish i could have gotten the G1 Jazz, but I have to watch my spending. Glad you were able to get Brawl. He's definitely one of my favorite movie toys. Now, if I could get a leader class Barricade......I'll keep dreaming.
