several years ago my nephew was playing with RID optimus and lost one of the lightbars on the top.

Does anyone know where i can get a replacement without buying a whole new RID op?

Is it just the red translucent bar part you need? Let me know if you need any other parts, I've got about half a good RID Prime laying here in several parts. Shoot me a PM with your address & I'll get it in the post. Don't worry about the cost, it's about the same as a can of cola. (I'll have a Mountain Dew if I visit the US! )

sorry to imply but I'm also missing a part from my rid optimus his red light piece where it flashs you know on the lights on top of the cab I'm missing the clear piece. if anyone has one they don't need i'm waiting lol. i tried contacting hasbro and they just said they don't make the pat anymore they said that with a lot of pieces i was missing.

Indeed I live in the southern US! I can send parts to whomever, I found the little guy today. It'll probably be cheaper for me that Siburke (or at least get there more quickly). But I bet he has a higher threshold for "effort" than I do

I was waiting for the mail strikes here to subside - I posted a parcel to another dude this week (the strikes have stopped here for now) & the fellow said there'll be delays due to the backlog. I figured it'd be best to wait until the strikes/backlogs are fully over to risk another one going missing! I'll shoot you a PM when the 2nd one's on the way dude.

siburke....not sure if you are just sending the part in a regular envelope or not. I know I had sent a G1 Optimus fist in a regular envelope and it got torn out as well. It is because the electronic sorters squeeze the mail through so fast that if there it something protruding POP! it gets squeezed out. The person I sent the part to worked at the post office and informed me of this heh.
