I suspected as much. Of course, the big question is, is this The Cap, or the Next Cap. And does it have anthing to do with skrulls. I actually thought for a while, given the thoughtful and complete way they handled his death and the world's grievieng period, that he was truly dead, with maybe Bucky stepping up to fill his shoes. I'm starting to think I'm gonna be very annoyed by the time this Skrull Invasion thing is over.
Talking about Cap, not the artist, of course.

It's not, USAgent is in Canada. Which is virtually as effective a limbo as being dead is.

Called Omega Flight, yes, which is situated in Canada. Thus, my point still stands.
Also, it turns out that Alex Ross' "Return" is not quite what people here expected it to be:
http://forum.newsarama.com/showthread.php?t=125258It is the Return of the Invaders. An in-continuity crossover with the present Avengers.

Well, considering that Quesada was going on national TV(CNN, to be exact) and saying that Captain America was going to come back from the dead...

The problem with that is the target release date for the movie is July 2009, so it might not bode well for your main character to be dead by that time.

I thought they kept delaying it until like 9 years later. Or is that what you meant?
