My ultimate bumbleebee only makes the driving sounds when the driverside front wheel moves. looking at the figure, it seems like both front wheels should make noise but I don't know for sure. Can anybody with an U. BB tell me if both wheels should make the noise or is mine normal?

Eh, i can't test mine right now because i'm only 13 and i made a deal with my dad, so i can't have the thing untill christmas so... i don't know, but it's probably not a huge problem if the thing still works, also you read all of the instruction things right? things won't work properly if everything isn't hooked in right so see if that might be the problem.

the issue isn't if it is hooked up right, the sounds are all there. but visually you can see the mechanism that runs the sounds on both sides of the car and only one works. The issue is I don't feel I should accept a $80 figure that is not working 100% correctly and I want to double check before going through the trouble of buying and returning figures.
Hip-Hoptimus Rime
I was going to say that it's probably the way it's supposed to be, since you'd most likely have all 4 wheels on the floor when in car mode, so only one of them needs to activate the sounds. However, if you say there's a mechanism on both sides, it makes me think there's a problem. Unless, of course, the one side is just a dummy part that's molded as part of something else and it's cheaper to leave it on. Good luck anyway.

It's gonna take a few, not too many people bought it, and if they did, they haven't opened it. I'm guessing.

Yep, I have him sitting MISB with my movie toy collection. I'm probably keeping him, but I haven't opened him just in case I decide not to keep him.

Ok, maybe my reply will be most useful. I got one and it does the same thing as yours. Only the driver's front wheel is linked up to the electonics. I didn't realize this until now.

PP, where did you get that orange sword-like for your OP Voyager Class? As for the topic, I just got my UBB today and have not opened it yet. So far, as I pressed the "Try Me" button on BB's chest, there is no response. I'm like WTF, I paid $80 bucks and there is no sound! The box says "Batteries included." Maybe the batteries are set aside or somethin. So far that's all the gripe I have on BB.

The "Try me" button on the one I bought for trench didn't do anything either. Dunno if it works OOB though. I assume it does and they just screwed up the demo mode somehow.

You have to push the button WAY in to get it to activate. If you look closely, the button actually has to push another button behind the 'hood' part of BB's chest. I thought mine wasn't working too, at first.

The sword is from my Binaltech Grimlock. More info here: Robovision Prime's Sword

This was the case with mine.

There's actually an additional sheet stuck in the instructions that says the toy won't work properly unless it's pegged together correctly, which is funny, because he's NOT pegged together correctly in the package (due to the twisty ties, etc.). You can see the second button from above while he's still in the package to determine if you're making contact with it.

I got mine today, I think it's an awesome figure. I'm surprised that people complain about the "inaccurate" chest. It's only inaccurate on the packaging, where it's mistransformed, as usual. It can be broken down into several pieces just like the DLX version, it's just not in the instructions. I doubt a young kid would be able to perform the transformation alone correctly though, as some steps require a lot of force and others more delicate maneuvers (like how to attach the arms). All gimmicks work perfectly fine on my BB.

What's up all! I still have not opned it yet and I was just wondering if UBB's cannon is extendable to make it look proportioned. Also, in the movie UBB has a helmet-like face shield. Hasbro should have added this feature or make it an add-on accessory.

Yea, the tip of the canon is extendable.
Agent-GHQ
Oh hell yeah! Thanks for the confirmation:).
