hi all,
dont tend to do a great deal of TF shopping on eBay, much prefer going through people i know , forums or friends in countries with different things available. however found this auction on the UK eBay pages last week and tried for it only to be sniped at the last second, the winner has pulled out and ive been offered a second chance at the auction, but thought while theres a couple of days left on the second chance id ask peoples opinion on the auction to see if its a worthwhile deal or it simply looks better than i originally thought, anyway heres the link to the auction, http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...ADME:B:SCO:UK:1 and as far as i can see theres an overlord with a few of his accessories, dreadwind and darkwing also missing some pieces, the main robot parts for Landcross and a smattering of other G1 and some micromasters. opinions ? a good deal or over priced for the condition of the pieces ?
Father Time
I haven't seen too many overlord online, and if you don't mind incomplete toys, I'd say go for it. It's not an immensely great deal, but it's IMO certainly not overpriced.
Broken Phantom
Not overpriced it all depends on weather you want complete figures or not, overlord is missing alot of pieces and finding parts would probably cost more than buying a loose complete one (best part of £100).
Blitz
id say go for it

those 2 shield things the red and yellow ones are from the road ceaser combiner from transformers Victory they belong to the red and yellow (laster and braver) sports cars and were not packed with their Euro releases and when combined become part of the legs. but since nether of them are in their you could sell them off for a tidy sum

also theirs 4 of the 6 members of land cross thats cool

cheers for that blitz, had no idea what those things were, always thought road caesar was ugly as hell so hadnt ever seen them, think i will get them, im not too concerned about having them complete, kind of enjoy hunting for the pieces in a strange masochistic sort of way Both my scorponok and powermaster prime were incomplete when i got them, some of my customers were quite shocked at me tipping a bag of seeker pieces and the last elusive antennae from scorponok all over the counter and sorting them out with glee when they were delivered to the studio !
oh and looking back over the photos theres all six of the landcross guys, but mach may be missing his wings.
Talkie Toaster
quite a nice haul for a good price imo
