Frenzy would be having some robot orgasm every 5 minutes so obviously Arnold.

I just think Frenzy is a dumb ass, yes, dumber then Arnold.

I just don't like Frenzy as a character in the movie.

Arnold just has to place a short fuse pipe bomb into Frenzy's torso and blow him up.

The Governator can transform into an actor and trick Frenzy into cutting his head off or something dumb like that. Also, Arnie has a metal endoskeleton and some big guns.

As much as I like Frenzy, Ahnould is the winner.

Frenzy 2 active Machine guns, 2 active tri blade claws both with independant movement. 1 6inch Suriken launcher and streingth/agility far beyond us. The only reason he didn't destroy Sam is cause he was cut to ribbons by a large powertool.
Arnie 60+yr old former bodybuilder visibly slow on his feet and although we all get the badass image he realy aint.

RESULT:- Bits of human all over the place and a bot giving teh up yours to the head before splitting it in two with cdSuriken and streingth.

He's a T-800 (850 in T3), Model 101. T-800 refers to the type of endoskeleton and Model 101 refers to the outer appearance, which is Arnold himself (meaning that Model 102 would have a different outer skin).
