There is an auction here:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...em=150146760618
nO, I don't mean for this to be a HEY LOOK AT THIS AUCTION thread... although he is assembled wrong... Aside from that, the auction says he is from the "E Series".
I checked my boxes, now the E is in a little box next to the assortment number. I do not have any 1984 boxes so I don't know if the E shows up on them. I only have 1985 and up boxes.
Now on the 1986+ boxes, there is no E next to the assortment number.
On my 1985 boxes, there is an E on the US boxes and an F on the Canadian boxes.
I haven't confirmed on my boxed Canadian Jetfire because frankly, I can't remember which rubbermaid it is in.
1. Are there any other letters that appear on 1985 boxes?
2. Are there any letters that appear on 1984 boxes?
BUT WAIT... perhaps F isn't "French" aka "Canada"..... here is a rundown (I have some boxed G1 on a shelf next to me:
US Inferno = F
US Bombshell = E
US Kickback = E
US Twin Twist = F
Canada Blitzwing and Astrotrain = F
What does that little letter mean?
PS: PM Op has no letter next to the assortment number.
