I'm on the fence about this. I saw the trailor when I watched Transformers, and it looked decent. But then again, they've got a miminum of six years of suck to get over. That's quite a lot.
Edit: Vote the third option if you're on the fence.

The only chuckle any preview of this movie has gotten out of me is Ralph singing along to the FOX logo music.
My hopes are not high.

I've laughed at so many of the scenes. Ralph, Spider-Pig, The Devil's curly hair, Homer carefully aiming the hammer so he doesn't smash his thumb and right when you're not expecting it, Bam, it goes in his eye instead. I think the movie will do just as good as the Incredibles and Shrek like titles.

Well even if it does suck majorly, at least the animation will be kickass

The movie will suck as much as the writers. If the writers are better, then the movie will rock, regardless of the quality of the animation. Or, I can just wait a few weeks for the movie to be shown on TV as a "2 hours special".

I;m cautious, remembering the Family Guy movie...
but maybe it wont be a case of best bits in the trailer.

Pretty much a big fat meh from me. I was into the Simpsons when I was younger but....I just don't care for it anymore. more or less it's the same as it ever was and nothing fresh is ever brought to the table. I must say however that I did laugh at a few parts of the trailer. maybe I'll rent it.

I really could care less. Spider-pig was the only part I laughed at during the trailer

I heard most of the trailer footage won't actually be in the movie.

I will not pay to watch the Simpsons since I can see them on TV for free every day. Especially since you have to go back about 3 years to find a good episode.

This was certainly better than I expected. I haven't laughed like this when watching the Simpsons for a while. I never expected the movie to suck and never expected it to be great. It's a very good movie and props the Simpsons up from their lackluster seasons as of late.

I'd like to nominate season 8 to be the best Simpson's episode
and 'You only Move twice' to be the best episode ever.

I'm expecting to laugh my ass off. Considering I think fart- and penisjokes are funny, I'm not very much of a critic.

My dad and I saw it Saturday night, it was what we expected...a funny.
I'd give the movie a 4 out of 5.
Ralph "I like men now".
The politcal humor was funny too.

Ok, that was pretty damn funny.

I lol'd when Homer said he had a chainsaw and then the people looked in the holes.

71million is a good number. Who's your Caddy made 2 million, shouldn't have made that much. I hate Hate those movies now. I mean all the racial stuff is just outdated now. Besides, I think it's dumb that in a movie where the Black guys are not let in to the Golf club because of negative view against blacks and then they go out of their way to prove that all the stereotypes are 100% correct. Then as always, one little white boy is suddenly cool cause he embraces Black culture and uses our slang....I want to vomit my dinner back up. This is 2007 ppl!!!
