As far as I know, they're both the same, only different ones are the old skool Bumblebees.

I don't see any. I've heard people say that the paint is different, but I'm betting it's not. It doesn't look any more silver than the US version. It's the exact same friggin toy. Besides, a lot of people complain about the lack of silver looking and how he looks kind of flat gray on the US version. If that's the case, I must have gotten a special version cause mine is pretty shiny silver looking. Not chrome shiny, but glossy like most of the other toys' paint jobs.
