Wikipedia says he was in the Universe comic, but I have all 3 of those issues. And Teletraan-1, the TF wiki even has images of it, so I'm very confused here. Anyone know which comic he was in?

No idea, I just clicked the image on the wiki page and tahts what it said under it. sorry i cant be more helpful.
