Just like it says, I'm curious as to how many of us ordered from A3U? Has anybody received a shipment yet? Last time I checked, which was at the beginning of June, Spencer said that they are waiting for the shipment. Does anybody know something i don't in this regard? Not complaing but wanted to know.

I just sent Spencer a second email yesterday....when I ordered, it said they were in stock. He's usually a pretty good guy, but I dunno now...

I don't know what's up with them. My last couple of orders took a painfully long time to get here.

But if it makes anyone feel better, they did eventually get here.

It was the Canada Day Long weekend; that's probably why he hasn't responded back to anyone yet.

I'm shoeless as well. I emailed them and got the same "they haven't come in yet" response. I'm so over these toys by now that I would cancel my pre-order if they didn't charge a 15% "re-stocking" fee............

Yeah, they sold out from here in a few days too. I was able to get a pair from BBTS and pre-ordered Megatron from A3U. I can believe a shipment is taking the SLLLOOOOOOOOOwwwwwww boat from China here so I can wait.

Even though I'm pretty sure it said "IN STOCK" when I ordered them (in May), Spencer reassured me yet again it said they were for a preorder, and a shipment is coming "soon."

I just sent out another email a few minutes ago. Also read the reply I got in early June. Didn't TFSource have a similar problem and had to issue refunds?

Yeah, TFSource had to refund me for my initial order on these, but they were really cool about it. They offered $80 store credit if you wanted instead of a $60 Paypal refund.

Well I'm giving Spence until August, then I'm going for a refund.

Action-HQ just sent me a "notice of cancellation" the day it came out.

Which is really unfortunate. I ordered the back stock from BBTS at a higher price but they were able to secure a shipment. If BBTS could get them in twice, why not some of these places once? I mean, money is money and orders are orders. Maybe they weren't put in or anticipated a hidden stock somewhere. Makes no sense really.

Don't take more pre-orders than you have ordered.

I know I didn't read it wrong...I have never made a preorder for anything. But he said it was, and I'm left sitting here saying "WTF?"

He told me that he has ordered a shipment and it was scheduled to arrive. I believe he wouldn't offer a preorder and not have product to back it up. That's bad business 101 and practically suicide in todays market since we all give heads up to each other about shady business practices. I honestly believe Spencer has them coming. He would have refunded the money by now if anything was different. Shoot, I'm more jaded over not seeing Alt Mirage than the Nikes. And going to the SDCC this year to find Hot Rod, I'm taking a sword.

I'm still waiting for a reply though.

Just got a reply from him. Said he had no news but should know something in the next few days. If he gets them in in the next few days, mine is paid for so I should be seeing one.

Selling toys that you have really no idea when you are getting is not cool. I am very unhappy with the situation and will avoid A3U at all costs now. I try to suppot Canadian stores as much as possible, but uuugghhh...overseas sellers are quicker than this. Just give me my damn shoes that I paid for 2 months ago!!

Spencer is obviously under the impression he is still going to recieve them otherwise he would have cancelled your orders like tfsource did

I can't voice my displeasure with a company? People do this on here all the time. I understand how pre-orders work (aaarruugghhh) but when an item has been on the market for as long as these figures have been, and other stores are getting their second shipments it is unacceptable. I don't agree that all stores ask you to pay pre-pay for pre-orders. If I remember correctly, Digital-Toys dosen't...or didn't use to anyways.

On the bright side, with this being paid for so long ago, when it does arrive (I hope) it will feel like a free toy!

To be fair (in my particular case) the Shoe Dude was listed "IN STOCK" and not "PREORDER". So I feel I can justify whining a tad more than others

I ordered a product 2 months ago that said "in stock" It is a shared problem. I thought maybe we could let the store know that this lack of communication is unacceptable. Consumers Unit!

Like I said, Spencer sent me an reply earlier this week saying he shoud know something reall soon. I'm cool with waiting but LioKaiser has a valid point. I myself ordered Op and Megs Nike out of BBTS's second shipment and that was after I put in an order at A3U. I've ordered other things from Spencer before so I believe he's being honest and if they are on the way, it would make no sense to cancel the order. I'll also feel like it's a pair of free shoes after a while too.

Still nothing yet. Probably hear something after the SDCC.

I've heard nothing. The Marine Nikes will be out before I get my order from A3U. I'm starting to think he doesn't have any.

Two more days, and DN asks for a refund.

I have written 2 letters with NO RESPONSE, and another this afternoon.
