Hi, I mainly shop from BBTS, sometimes I order from Brian's toys but never had any problems with them in the past...

But this year I couldn't log in on my account on their site, I e-mailed them a couple off times about it and was always polite, the "lost password function" on their site didn't work.
I never got any kind of response.
I opened a new account and placed an order there just some days ago, when I saw that money had left my bank account I e-mailed them cause my order didn't show when I logged in on their site, no reply.
Later on the order could be viewed for a day then gone again...
So when I log in I have no order history.
I checked my bank account and my money hasn't been refunded, waited 24 hours, no change.
I e-mailed them again still polite, wondering If my order has been cancelled or do I have to remake the order ( acting stupid),
still no reply...

This Is the last time I order from them.
And It's their lost even If I lose the 207$ that they charged me for...
This year I spent near 2500$ on BBTS alone,
I think that makes me a good costumer.

Well, after two more e-mails they decided to send me the goods...

Brian's Toys might be expensive, and somewhat slow in communication, but they are dependable. I've done two transactions with them, and they went 100% smooth and they were quicker than most online stores I've been to.

I've put mayby 7-10 orders and they all went smooth except this one,
The thing that started me was that they where ignoring me when I asked what was up with my order. My account on their site didn't show that I placed any order,
I'm been thru that one before with another site, They took the payment but didn't feel like sending me the goods.
After many e-mails they refunded my money, but not before I wrote that I will expose them on all the forums that I could join, and I sent along pics with their answers to me and proof that I did pay for the items and shipping.

I was hopeing that I didn't have to go thru all that again.

Well, Now It just seems that I don't have too, unless the box arrives emty...icon_sad.gif

I've never ordered from them, but when was this? If it's a small operation, the proprietor may've been preoccupied getting ready for BotCon. I think I saw a table for Brian's Toys at the con in one of the pictures..

Well, I finally got my items, but one was missing, they are sending me a new one.
The one that was missing (voyager prime) was sold at BotCon...icon_sad.gif

However, I've ordered from them in the past without any problems, but untill they fix their E-mail and costumer acRippersnapper, I'll think twice before ordering again.

That's only because I'm an international customer, If they are selling stuff I've ordered and paid for to other people, then letting me wait 3-4 weeks for the order to arrive only to find out that some items are missing, That ain't good.
Then I have too contact them to let them know that I know that stuff is missing and again wait 3-4 weeks for the stuff to come...

I found out that they aren't getting my e-mails, I tried 5 diffirent e-mail accounts and none off them works except the one I got at work.
And If my boss finds out that I used that account for none work related stuff I could get in big trouble, I'm working in a Hospital owned by the state.

But I'm glad that I'll eventually will get the stuff I've ordered,
and I hope they sort things out so It won't be so hard to reach them.
