Been on this forum and another one for a while now. Started seriously collecting a year ago due to the Philly TF meetup. My original plan was to start collecting once I get out of grad school and start my career. But after talking to some local fans and the movie, I got scared that the prices would double by next year. I should have started collecting when ebay first started. I remember seeing giftsets for $40 and fort max MIB for $60. Oh well.

I was raised by Transformers G1. So I mainly just collect G1 but will pick up other lines. But my G1 collection is my pride and joy. Here’s some of the MIB or special items I have. I have majority of G1 loose and complete but their all stored in Rubbermaid bins and it’s not worth my time taking a pic of each figure in zip lock bags.

Just kidding! Great stuff, very impressed. I used to have an Overlord just like that one, but I needed the money more than I needed him. How is that Black Zarak to deal with? I've always been afraid to get one, what with previous bad GPS experiences.

I got all the reissues but most are at my parent's house with my other original G1 collection.

Actually, before I got Black Zarak, I really did not want him cause I'm not a fan of Scorponok. Don't know, I just never like the figure. But then a good friend showed me a Black Zarak on ebay with a BIN for only $200. I couldn't pass it up. Once I got it, it was totally worth it. He is so much better than Scorponok color-wise but not worth paying over $500 for him. If you can get him cheap, get him, if not, I won't bother. And the GPS is a Starscream. I don't do play with him at all. I just gawk at him with amazement and store him away so he doesn't break.

yeah, i definately have to get my ass back to the philly meets, since i moved it takes about an hour and a half. you've got some great stuff there. might want to consider a display case once you get out of grad school and have more room,

Yeah, been thinking about that already. Tired of keeping all my stuff in rubbermaid bins. But it will be another 2 years.

Nope. I got all this stuff before Tom started to sell his stuff. Besides, I like my stuff better.



Apparently it's a rare toy that came from a cereal company in the UK. I don't think it's worth a lot but is hard to get. It was from a good friend, Bumblerod.

I finally got my final and last holy grail. Everything after him is just gravy on top. It just brings me that much closer in finishing my G1 collection. But then again, if need be, I can't stop collecting also. And it's just a couple days late of my B-day and end of this long ass school semester. Woo HOO!!
