The voice cast for those who are wondering include:
Autobots:
Ratchet-Robert Foxworth
Ironhide/Barricade-Jess Harnell (voiced Wakko Warner from the animated show Animaniacs)
Jazz-Darius McCrary (if anyone remembers the very brief lived show Committed, he played the record store owner Bowie)
Bumblebee-Mark Ryan
Starscream-Charlie Adler (well known VA and was in the original cartoon as Silverbolt and Triggerhappy. Also did Buster Bunny in Tiny Toons, and a lot of other characters in different cartoons)
Frenzy-Reno Wilson
Bonecrusher-Jimmie Wood
Brawl and Blackout VAs are not listed.
The only reason I didn't list Megs and Prime is that they've been known for a while.
BTW, I thought that Barricade was going to be voiced by somebody else. I thought it was something like Keith David. I think there might have been a mistake somewhere in whoever was editing that info on Wikipedia.

Jazz's VA (if this is right) was also Eddie Winslow from Family Matters.
I have no clue who Jimmie Wood and Reno Wilson are.
Charlie Adler and Jess Harnell are great VAs.
EDIT -- As far as Keith David goes, I really think that is a screw up. David is a good voice actor/actor and can be fantastic as a Decepticons.

I thought Barricade was Keith David the voice of Goliath and Spawn.

That also includes adding voices to the Transformer characters, while also giving them a more nuanced ability for facial expressions that Optimus Prime never had before -- be it in toy or cartoon form. And with actors like Hugo Weaving, Keith David, and Peter Cullen (voice of the original Optimus Prime from the '80s) pitching in on that front, one needs to match the character to the voice just so.

perhaps its just a typo

Well someone said that Keith David was only voicing the game, not the actual movie. I think it could just be a typo, but who knows. I'm sure this will be cleared up sooner than later.

No.
Don Messick was Ratchet's G1 voice. And he is dead now, died in 1997.

Keith David may have a great voice, but maybe there isn't much that he can do with it when it comes to voice work. He basically just used his own voice when he played Goliath on the Gargoyles cartoon. If I heard him as a character in a movie, I might feel like I was watching a documentary on PBS.

I like that I dont know them, that means they didnt pay some well known actor tons of cash for there voice.
