YUP! Paid their extra $2 premium for a mint item. Not only did they send me an item with a busted box(was shipped busted, outer packaging was perfect) but i never got any email replys when i tried to rectify the problem... poo to them

I mainly order from bbts, my problem is with Brians toys,
They never answear my e-mails, now my latest order is gone without a trace,
and the money for it has left my bank account, So here I am In sweden with 207$ shorter on my bank account, no replyes on the e-mails I sent, and a order that no longer show up when I log in on their site.
I just hope that they send the money back...
