I was in HMV and spotted a new Transformers: the movie DVD on sale.
It has two disks and comes in a steel case. Features include deleted scenes and commentary. Looks good, although it was €32, so maybe not that good.

it's meant to be a good set ((scramble city lets it down though, it has original audio but for some reason they've used a bad copy as their transfer)

i have it, its really good, makes up for the fact that i had to plug in my video player everytime i wanted to watch it in the past, not anymore! it has an omitted scene aswell....ooooh... spike says the word....Blot! made me laugh for a good 5 minutes as if i had heard that as a child i would of become a whole new person lol. back to the point it is really good and i would reccomend it.

What are the deleted scenes like?
And are they incorporated into the actua film?

no and besides there is only like 3 more seconds of footage of the autobots running to Prime after astrotrain takes offfrom autobot city.
the storyboards for potential deleted scenes are good though, like the reason megatron is inside the city is because he's just watched magnus, tracks, sideswipe and red alert trying to escape from devastator

yeah i dunno i have 2 copys allready (1 from sony and one from the metrodome uber boxset) and i just dont want to spend that money again on a movie i have 2 of
