I know the reason why. I just happen to think that this story is too full of aweness to not see print. Even now, it could still be printed, even if it is 7 years old.
2: Venom-chan? She's sheer aweness. In actuality, she is one of the members of the Power Pack, who, in the crossover miniseries "Spider-man/Power Pack" gets bonded with the Venom symbiote. I think it's Kate Powers. However, the concept of 'Venom-Chan' is just so much cooler.
Venom-chan=roffle.

I actually do not know. I never collected the miniseries myself, I merely found a scan of it with Venom-chan as shown in my sig.
