I've never been to a BotCon before and I was planning on checking it out this year in RI. Does anyone know if they usually have vendors there? If so, are they stores set up by Hasbro, or are they more third party type vendors. What are the chances that I would find MP-SS or MP-Megs for sale there? Any info provided would be most helpful. July is just around the corner and I need to know how much money I should be saving before then.

Lots of vendors.
Save every penny. Live on saltines and penut butter. If you don't belive mass shifting is possible, watch your wallet in the dealer room.

That's the main reason why I'm going to Botcon. For the vendors, good deals and rare toys.

You could easily spend $1000 from what I've been told.

I went to botcon last year... I basically stayed in the dealer room the entire day, and spent most of the cash I had on me, and I wanted more,
MORE I tell you! By the time I got home it was like waking up into a hangover.
Have fun!

I didn't see much rare Blot at the 2005 one. Well, rare by my elevated standards.
There was a BZ that he wanted $800 for. Dick.
