Some pictures of my collection. The pictures in the first two posts are from 2003, it was in a nice wooden cupboard. I took them with a film camera with some unwanted depth of field effects... The following ones will be of better quality, but there will be few group shots.

I love the Bumblebee



The styrofoam in Bluestreak's box is that of the Italian Diaclone with a MB-like cardboard insert. The Ironhide is the Chinese one from 1994 (sticker on the flap). Sideswipe is the only MB one I've ever seen!

The car modes do look great. I display mine in robot mode primarily because it saves more space that way, but hey - if you happen to have the space to display them in car mode and if you prefer displaying them that way, then more power to ya.

Your shelved pictures look like an amazing line of WSTs. What the hell is making it look like that? Is it the large wood grain on the shelves?

Hi Goki! No, that's actually 11 Because this is not a G2, but a genuine G1, French Devastator! He belongs to the Red Tracks and Puffer club. Look closer, you will see the rubsigns. There are no G2 prints on the plastic, and the copyrights are the same as the green ones. I'm also not sure the yellow is the same as the G2, probably more orangeish. It's complete now (more pictures in summer...). I'm working on a custom giftset idea for him, but I need to grab the styro first, and it will probably be the early KO one. Anyone got good scans of the giftset?

I'm glad I could find some rarities although my budget is limited. And fortunately a good part of the collection (Optimus, cars, Diaclone Reflector, headmasters, micromasters... 60+) is from my childhood! I bought all the bigger robots those last years. You probably also have a lot of Transformers I would like to have. The biggest ordeal to come is to import a Fort Max Maybe a Fort Max 'Encore'? Please Takara! I have to make another petition...

Nothing moderate about your collection. Its one of the nicest I've seen. G1 goodness that my collection lacks heh and mmmmmmmmm Overlord!

Didn't notice a G1 Omega Supreme though...maybe I missed it or its possible you are insane for not owning one hahaha jk!

EDIT: I didn't realize they had remolded BB's head in the reissue. that set has just became insanely cool to me. Too bad I have all the G1 originas and the price of that set has gotten a little out of hand

Hmmm I have an Omega Supreme box... But nothing inside. It's the French version, which was not sold as a Transformer but as Robotrack/Mecabot. The Italians had a similar issue. I'd prefer a TF box, and untorn. But it seems he has recently climbed some more steps on the price ladder.

LioKaiser: the colours on the reissue Bumblebee are also slightly different to make him more showlike.

You just blew my mind. I'd like to get that bumblebee by himself but I don't think its too likely.

Mind you, this box has a sentimental value: I found it in my grandmother's attic back when I was a kid because one of my cousins had just had it for Xmas (the family being big and spread all over the country, I can't remember ever meeting that cousin!). There was also the MOTU Castle Greyskull box, but I was never interested in it at that time
So I want to keep it, sorry

I didn't compare the reissue Bumblebee to the original, so I didn't even notice what you said! I have the four Japanese keychins though, and the Bumblebee is 'pale'!

Just bought a... 20cm Fort Max!!! That'll help me be patient.

Nice G1 collection. Very well cared for too.

You can tell the Japanese and Joustra Battle Convoy apart from the colour of the parts on the trailer. The Japanese Diaclone has very light blue parts on the trailer (especially underneath). The Joustra will have a darker blue much like a pre-rub Transformers Prime would have.

Some very very early Transformers Optimus Primes have the same light blue parts (but not the metal plates, only grey-roller Prime has the metal plates)

Also, the Japanese Diaclone should only say "TAKARA JAPAN" on the copyright. The Joustra might well have dates and Japanese writing as well.

BTW, I bought that set for Bumblebee, I wanted to transform him and see his head So I found an opened set for quite cheap. This isn't too hard to find.

OMG, what is that?! I have a few space shuttle transformers, but I've never seen that one and its gorgeous. Is it rare? Will I have to sell some organs? 'cuz I will! Thx!

Galaxy Shuttle from the Japanese G1 Line.
Worth getting. He's a super fun toy to get. The only problem is that most of them are yellowed from age or sunlight.

About the price, a boxed Japanese one is roughly $250, a few were also sold in Italy (where I got this one) and I have never seen their packaging; they would probably be more expensive, especially on ebay.it because Italians will fight hard to get them. This one's plastic is all right, but it has some paint and sticker wear. I got it for about 35 Euros.

What I would like to do with him someday is combining him with Countdown (he was also made for that).
