bought 3 toys from them at a good price, they said they had them in stock, then they contact me and tell me theyve cancelled my order. come to find out they cancelled my order to sell the toys, i have already bought and paid for, at a higher price just because the ebay averages went up. and he told me straight to my face over the phone that this is what was happening and thats how it is. these guys wont be around for long at all if they keep doing this kind of stuff to people. I cant belive this bullBlot. I have never been screwed over like this.

I've had nasty service from thier online store. Seriously, do not buy from these guys. Anytime i have ever ordered from there thier online store said it was instock and they notified me weeks later that it wasn't and then it was put on back order. The last time I ordered this happened. I e-mailed a complaint since they stated it would ship within a certina time and it didn't. They told me "your item shipped today!" and the following day I get another e-mail stating that my item was still on back order, he was in talks with the supplier right then and wanted to know if I still wanted it.............all this happened over the period of a month. I was eventually forced to open a case with paypal just to get my money back. Once threatened they coughed it up.

they threatened me with legal action if i said anything on the forums that wasnt true. these guys are sum underhanded sumbitches! well with 94 complaints to the better buisness bureau, i reminded them that they didnt have to much of a leg to satnd on.....more like a stump. thanks death333, now i dont feel so isolated. gald it ended well for you.

Yeah, you're not alone. i was talking with a guy on the Allspark at the time and he was in the process of getting ripped off for unicron. it was well past his time to post a complaint. I'm pretty sure he got the raw deal.

Sorry to hear about getting the shaft from TNJ, DonMega. But yeah, you're far from an isolated case with regards to bad experiences with these crooks; the Kamen Rider, Sentai and PowerRanger boards are littered with complaints about them. I'm surprised they've managed to stay in business this long actually..

One could ask the same about Bill's Toys & Games. (I'm not sure he's quite that brazen yet, but he will be soon.)

Funny. I've ordered one thing from them before. It was Abaranger Brachiosaurus. It arrived in a week after payment.

I was thinking of getting THS-01 since they had it in stock, but maybe now I'm not so sure.

Anywho, it's a shame about how they are. I've been really tempted to get some of their StH items they have for sale, but when hearing stuff like this..I'm really not sure about it.
