NOTE: "Hisashiburi" means "Nice to see you again" or "long time, no see!". In Japan there are many telephone and web based "dating sites" that many Japanese men go to in order to meet Japanese women. Thing is, many sites or services have become a haven for men who like young girls and Japanese schoolgirls who are more than willing to prostitute themeslves to middle-aged (Japanese only) men.
I in now way condone this kind of behaviour. The letter was written to a made up character in a magazine who is basically the worst/average kind of Japanese middle-eged male stereotype (racist, rude, sexist, bad at english and as pervy as they come).
