Well, I finally caved-in and bought a KISS Players Autorooper (or "Auto-Trooper") at Toys R Us the other day. The figure of the girl wasnt too bad and the illustrations on the box were a lot better than the Prime/Convoy version.

I decided to photo him with his other Police Bot chums below.

I haven't added his police/EDF stickers yet as I'm not sure what to make him (you can choose either).

When I add the stickers, I'll add some more pics. I'm also hoping to track down an equiv. sized "Patlabor" figure to complement them all too.







AND, if I'm really lucky, maybe I can take a group shot in or near a real Japanese police car/station. No promises, mind you.

I didnt buy this version of the patlabor fig. I think Bandai or someone else made a better version a few years ago, complete with clear vinyl/pvc red lights and more stuff for the fig. Ive bought that version and its in storage in the UK, so Ill just have to wait show that version.

If anyone knows of any same binaltech scale/size patlabor action figs floating around then please let me know!

Well, the good thing about Autorooper is that he comes with a variety of sticker combinations, with indv. numbers from one to four, plus different Japanese kanji for years. PLUS you can choose between two extra styles, either EDC or Police,doubling the amount you can have. Thats why the box art on the back features oodles of the little buggers. They are just drone bots either piloted or controlled by the human EDC/Japanese police to protect them from the Decepticons.

what i dont understand is, they have a subaru impreza wrx smokescreen(if i m not mistaken) would it kill them to have mitsubishi lancer evo 6 or 8?
