I remember that time I once saw Armada Skywarp... at KB's Pearlridge Uptown shop. I was scared about spending the $30 for it. Now I feel dumb. Frickin' shortpackedness.

Well, good news first.

If your looking to get a Demolishor, they seem to be more plentiful than before. Also, KB is still carrying sets of the Defensor. (just saw a bunch @ Ala moana). Mirage is still steady at 1 per location per sighting (if even that). Arcee is attainable at various KB stores, but @ $10 a pop ouch! Oh, and there are still Energon Primes w/o those numbers indicating a corrected face plate.

Bad news:

No sighting of any Shockblast. The only Energon Unicrons i can find have F-upped boxes (incase you want um check Wal Mart/K Mart waikele). There are no wave 4 stuff anywhere. Wal Mart has not discounted any of its TFs yet. ...hmm, i think the evilness stops there.

Side notes:

I did find a GIjoe Crimson Copter @ KB for $22. yes! And i found both Christmas and Halloween Spawn @ walmart for $8 something a pop. There is evidence that the latest series of Spiderman (not the movie) toys are out b/c only the crappy ones were left @ TRU. The new line includes black spiderman and ultimate rhino. If your looking for Spiderman Movie Doc Ock, then keep checking TRU. Thats where i found mine. There was two when i went but, probably initiallly 3 when they first opened. Dont give up hope, they're out there.

Yes, i have. THey both were at KMart on Nimits. Dont know if they still have them though. I also saw a Dead End there too. Good luck hunting buddy. Oh yeah, i saw a silverstreak at WalMart also. YOu can pretty much forget about getting anything new (TF wise anyway) at TRU.

UPDATE: They actually only had alternator hound but thats the only one my friend wanted so it wasn't really a big deal thanks again for the tip. And btw if any of you guys are looking for binaltech, Collector's Maniacs in Kaimuki has all of them, and other than deadend and hound ($50) they're each going for only 40 bucks! (that includes the newly released yellow tracks), everyone else still has them for either 50 to 60.

Where the heck has Shockblast been hiding? I havent seen a new transformer since Omega Supreme. THe only thing remotely new i've seen is a "battle for spark" snowcat. Yeay *sarcasm*...damn i'm out of it.

Those new combiners are on shelves, but w/ only 2 members of each of the two sets. That kinda sucks if they come out like that. I'd rather buy all 5 @ one time. KB still has those Cyclonus and Demolishor repaints too. Oh, and alternators are more available via KMarts. Thats about it.....

Anyway, just picked up WIng Saber and Alpha Quintesson from WalMart yesterday. By tonight, they had sold out of the entire assortment.
I wanted an alternator Ravage and Grimmy, and maybe a Meister, but none were in the condition that i approved of.

Im debating over collecting the Combiners Superion and Bruticus, b/c that means that i'll have to hunt for those pieces that came out earlier and are no longer on shelves. (frikin hasbro, what is this 2 of each combiner crap) They should put out all the pieces of one combiner in one wave, then move on to the next.

I let you know if i see anything special Vert.  Lately it's been pretty dry all over.  The last stuff i got was a Alt. Shockwave and Windcharger from wal mart.  That was like a month or two ago though.  But, yeah.  i'll keep my eyes open.

anyway, the movie toys seem to be pretty scarce. I went to Wal-Mart ala moana yesterday. looks like they got looted. two Cyber Slammer Bumblebees, whole bunch of real gear (the phone i believe), and a few optimus prime helmets. TRU had a bunch of Legends in stock, and a sea of preview figs. they had Cyber Slammers as well. Also checked out Toys N Joys and Collector Maniacs on Waialae Ave. TNJ had preivew figs only (but i always drool at the MP-04 and MP-05 sitting on the shelves). CM didnt have any movie toys, but had some Classics at 20% OFF. and the last time I went to KB a week ago, they acutally had some voyager ironhides and ratchets, along with some FABs and Slammers. I'm pretty sure they wiped, too, by now.

I havent checked the other Wal-Marts yet. I wonder if Longs has some. I'm willing to buy a Concept Camaro 'bee at their typical 20% markup. hehe.

we need Dog to do some 'bot hunting for us...

All Walmart except Mililani just received new shipment of the deluxe figures. I checked 2 locations and called the other 2, Pearl City had sold out all, as of Kunia when I was there I just saw 1 Dreadwing and 2 Payload but wasn't interested in any. When I had called the Walmart next to Alamoana the stock person had just loaded 3 cases of Deluxe and had 3 Concept Bumblebees on the floor 30 mins. ago, when I asked her to see if there was any she said they were all gone and comes 1 per box. But if any one is interested all the KB toys had restock the series 1 Voyagers.

aloha! yeah, my friend just called KB this morning and reserved a Voyager Blackout. Of course, KB marks all their stuff up, but i guess thats better than waiting for TRU to get their stuff.

right now im just looking for voyager blackout by itself (my friend was the one who got it from KB for himself.. i told him it was too expensive... and now seeing the 2pack online, thats price is even more ridiculous... plus, i already have scorponok). free shipping to hawaii, too? and of course, concept bumblebee. im also waiting for voyager prime to come out, but im assuming we not getting those for a while. im debating whether or not to get ratchet, but im not worried bout him. most online retailers have loads of stock... must be the lime color.

Anyone came across the Robot Replicas? Or Movie Titaniums? I came across the Titaniums before the movie came out but regret not buying it now, my wife was getting all mad on me buying so much Movie TF toys the first week of the release date, so I listened and didn't buy any. Now when she goes to stores I make sure she do rounds by the TF shelves because every time we check out the TF I point out it's always sold out.

yeah, havent seen titaniums since the first week, either. and havent seen a robot replica yet.

stopped by TRU today and to my surprise, they had stock... of CYBERSLAMMERS. bleh.

Just called toys n joys in kaimuki to see if they had any TF movie toys, they said they had a good number of selection so I asked if they had the Bumblebee and he said they had one left, then I asked if it was the new concept camaro and he said yes. So before I hung up I asked him to double check before I come down to pick it up, so he did and to find out it was the old school BB. But if any one is still looking for old school BB they have one left @ the Kaimuki toys n joys for $15.

friend of mine checked out Collector Maniacs the other day and they had MA-10 in stock (japanese version of concept bumblebee). $40 though. I dont think there's any difference... packaging i guess.

I also called collecters today and they said they don't carry any movie figures, I also spoke to the owner during the release week of the movie figs and he said he saw those @ walmart and said he wouldn't be selling them cuz it looks like crap (not his exact words) but thanks for the info cuz I preordered the MA-10 @ BBTS, I also emailed them asking any difference, thay said only a little but not sure. May have to cancel it.

man... guess Collector Maniacs has "standards". Prolly wish he carried some stock though. I'm sure he gets calls all the time.

I had already locked in for 2 and the shipping to Hawaii came out to $12 and some change ($52.xx for 2). Beats the $80-$100 ebays prices. Also beats my previous ebay purchase of 2 Concept Camaro Bumblebee ($20 each w/$10 shipping=$50).

KB toys had shipment this morning. I stopped by Windward mall KB and found FAB Prime, Megs, Blackout, Jazz and Frenzy. I picked up 2 Frenzy and there was about 4 more Frenzy left. Plus if you purchase $30+ you get a $5 gift card. I called Pearlridge they just had the potato head and other gadgets, ala moana had the same as Windward mall and Kahala will stock tonight after closing. Just a heads up for people who wants the FABs, I just wanted Frenzy and I'm still thinking about Megs.

Stopped by Kunia walmart and found all 3 Robot Replicas (Bumblebee, Megatron a Barricade) and 1 Unleashed Prime. All I was interested is RR Bumblebee and RR Megs.

KBToys just got a whole bunch of deluxes today... most locations have Barricade, Brawl, Jazz, as well as Payload and Longarm. of course, its KB so expect to pay $15 instead of $10.

TRU just restocked Movie Voyagers... Prime, Megatron, Ironhide and Starscream. So hurry cuz the workers said it's going out fast. $19.99 each. Plus they had Robot Replicas of BB, Megs and Barricade for $11-$12 each.

Just came back from Costco Iwilei... they got the Leader Prime/Legends Bumblebee and Jazz 3 Pack in stock for $34.99. Saw people grabbing 2 at a time...

just went to TRU today... looks like they're doing some reshifting. the area that was filled with TFs (or should i say TF pegs) are now full with power rangers crap. the TF section is being moved one aisle over, in a much smaller section. they were just starting to move it and all the TFs they had were in 2 shopping carts. The first one was filled with a box of robot heroes..not interested in those, but they did get the unicron and matrix prime set, which is kinda cool. then some other crap like the carbiner set, the flypaper, and one tech gear. the 2nd shopping cart had a bunch of Voyager megatrons... guess no one's diggin the iceman. also had 1 megs robot replica, and a few prime and barricade cyberslammers.

i hope this doesnt mean TRU aint plannin on getting more stock in...

THURSDAY AUGUST 23RD... THE DAY I GOT MY DELUXE BUMBLEBEE CONCEPT!!!!!

did my semi-daily after-work flyby thru TRU and as I said in the last post, they were shuffling things around. but to my surprise, they didnt move the remaining stock to that smaller section (that section was still bare today). instead, they cleared almost HALF of another aisle with top to bottom shelves (not pegs) for NEW STOCK!!! so when i got there, they had a ton of voyager megs and voyager primes, all the crap i mentioned in the last post, and lo and behold, i saw on the second shelf, a selection of DELUXES!!! ive never seen a deluxe since the first wave came out, and i was stoked. i sniffed thru the pile, saw brawl, barricade, arcee, payload, longarm, dreadwing, final battle jazz, and... no way... THE LAST bumblebee!!! i really only wanted him, but i picked up a voyager prime, deluxe arcee, and final battle jazz for my friend. hopefully, by them setting aside all that shelf space, this means theyre awaiting even more shipments (the starscream and thundercracker repaints perhaps? rescue ratchet?)

Congrats on the find, what time did you go cuz I was plan on going to TRU after work around 5PM but didn't. Don't really care for the non-movie characters but was hoping to get Battle Damaged Jazz, so I called this morning @ 10AM to see what they got left but was told someone just came in this morning and bought what was left. And all they had was a bunch of Voyager Megatron.
