Currently looking at the market of getting a Raiden giftset but came across a Diaclone verison of it.
Didn't know that the Diaclone comes with a whole set of tracks. Might have to reconsider.

So my question is this: The individual diaclone trainbots also come with tracks too but only one per figure?
So if I get the whole individual set, would I get enough tracks to make a complete track?
Or do you get more tracks in the Diaclone giftset? Anybody know?

Note that there are 2 versions of Diaclone's Train Robo DX. One matches the common release one from Japan, the second which is a recolor matched the second TF release.

Each trainbot comes with one piece of track
you put one right in front of the other and keep going
they aren't bendable.

transformers raiden is a litle different than the diaclone one.
diaclone raiden has tracks, pilots and spring loaded parts.

transformers raiden has 2 red combiner accessories the diaclone doesn't.
no spring loaded parts, pilots or tracks. but they do have rub symbols.

I'm sorry, but the DXset was only released in one color only. The recolors were released only in seperate packaging numbered 7-12.

I think the only gift set that came in different colors was the constucticons. To my knowledge in order to get certrain colors for hook you had to buy the gift set. I don't think both colors were released in individual boxes (not 100% sure on this) Raiden's 2nd series was only released as individual boxes ( 100% sure on this).

Yes, both colors were released in the constructicon giftsets, however, that was the only way you could recieve the second color. Only two types of "original color" were released in single packages. Clear window and colored window. However, 3 types of recolored giftsets for the constructions exist. All recolored w/colored windows of course. The copyright is one difference, the other difference for the other two variants is the box. The "color may be different as pictured" explanation is missing on one, a sticker on the other, and then finally printed on the last. Both colors were NOT released in individual boxes. Just the windows were different depending on the time of release. As for raiden, I felt I had explained this in my last comment.

I'll have to check, I could have sworn that the track was HO scale, if that is the case, the heck with the meager bits of track that comes with the toys and just get a train set.

If I had 1/2 a notion, I'd take a KO set and put a motor in at least one train. That might be interesting. One of the trains where the front end stays whole and comes off might work perfectly.

The rest can hitch and then give the larger Tyco train set a run for it's money.
