Whenever I go to some (non porn) sites, PLala, some bunch of plonkers linked to Flets or summin in Japan, keep blocking me and I get this page:

Whats it mean? Im guessing it means "no fun for you primal, old chap"
Even if you cant understand Japanese, can anyone out there google and help me? Ive tried looking but there doesnt seem to be anything out there to combat it.
so how can i get rid of it?
