Argos update: Optimus Prime/Megatron box set in store
- By Neurie on 15th January 2007, 16:54 GMT
digg this - del.icio.us
I went to the Stratford store in the east end of London today and purchased one for 19.99. The store is completely empty of any of the other new Transformers though.
Saber72 also found the double pack in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

urgh i don't like either of them, if i get i'll make a shockwave out of megatron but i have no intention on paying £20 of my hard earned cash on two toys that are not as good as energon deluxes

ARGH! I've been stung on this one too. First I buy T!T rodimus and soundwave on import days before they are announced as being released here and then the 2-pack which I ordered months ago is released here. In fairness, I'm STILL waiting for the 2-pack from a certain unamed EBAY store which I paid for in late november.

Apparently, it DOES come with a DVD... and the DVD is placed behind the cardboard insert.

picked one up this afternoon , and have to say in person they dont look as bad as i thought they would, havent cracked open the box yet but theres a big sticker ( added by argos by the look of it ) saying that a dvd is included, il stick some pictures up when i get them uploaded to the laptop. the box their in is nicer than the simple rectangular one ive seen for the general release. albeit smaller than expected.

what about megatron's, would it be possible to remove the gun and give him a proper right hand?

that's bad, it wouldn't have been too hard to give him at least an elbow and some sort of molded hand
