Not only is the uk store argos getting the new alt Ravage but are getting the titanium line begining with Rodimus Prime and Soundwave. These toys appear to use the id number that was originally dubbed transformers heroes in an earlier report.

Odds are Roddy and Soundwave didn't come from Hasbro U.K. either.

i'll skip soundwave then, it's perfect them bringing out Rodimus in this country though as i was looking thinking if only it would come out here so i can use him in my comic. .

he sounds pretty good as well of course.

such a shame about soundwave, if they's just painted his face like the show and maded it so his pelvis doesn't reach down to his knees he would have been awesome.

I called up hasbro Uk once and asked them why Argos and Woolies got special TFs that I couldnt get from Hasbro.


It seems that both retailers either sometimes or always get their TFs from a different importer (hence the stickers showing UK information pasted over the original USA/Asian info on the boxes), thus making "Hasbro UK" merely a placeholder for the name of Hasbro and at best just another "shop" that sells the Tf branded goods.

In other words, its not really Hasbro, if you get my drift...

Saw the soundwave in my local argos (taunton) they had 2 in the bins near the tills - they were reduced!!! and were about £11.35.

Didnt sway me though... mmmm ravage...

i want rodimus. soundwave i can do without, i'd rather have the reissue

From the pictures I've seen of Titanium Rodimus, he looks like he'll look good with CL Hot Rod next to him. I'll have a look for him soon, not sure if I want to get Soundwave, the pelvis section looks odd. I might get him though. Most likely I might get two of Rodimus, one for the collection itself and one for actual display outside of the collection, something I've never done before with any TF. And I'll see if the CL 2-pack of Prime and Megs is up here at the same time, more CL's would be nice while I'm paying for some TF's and looking for Cyb Primus at a low price.

picked up a rodimus today alongside the ravage and the classics twin pack, rodimus is great fun, and will happily take the place of classics rodimus until i get hold of one, but will agree with the previous posts, had a look at the soundwave whilst i was there and hes as fugly as all the pictures floating about.

How does Soundwave's "diaper" look in person? Is it better than the pics let on or worse?

personally its easily as bad as the pictures show it to be, the rest of the figures nice ( ignoring the almost obligatory tiny hands ) and laserbeaks pretty good for what it is but the crotch just ruins the whole thing.
