I did spot Classics Bumblebee and Astrotrain in FP London this past Saturday, at around £13 a throw - just thought I should mention it, while I remember to!

Has anyone got confirmation of whether the titaniums (rodimus and soundwave) are out in argos? Will be pissed if so as only ordered them from abroad a week ago.

seems like the voyager prime and megs are appearing everywhere, had a look in the toymaster near me and they had both for 20 as well as a metroplex for 40, argos near me has both as well but no jetfire, ravage, the two packs restocked since last week, the legends but no deluxes, shame still need to pick up a rodimus from wave 1, anyone remember how long it took before argos stocked the next waves from cybertron ? with the vain hope of getting an astrotrain or grimlock.

Woolworths have Classic Deluxes in stock (at £9.99) now, but I only saw Hot Rod, Starscream & Bumblebee. I think Astrotrain isn't in the UK wave 1 though, is it?

i went to doncaster yesterday and the argos there out of the new stuff only had one of the twopack. it was the same in retford, i ended up getting cyb unicron and soundwave seeing how i couldn't get rodimus prime and Ravage

well still no sign of deluxes in my local argos, woolworths are heavily stocked with the wave one guys though, ( picked up a rodimus ) and toymaster near me has restocked the prime and megs, apparently they sold really well according to a girl i know in there. and shock of shocks, the guy that runs the store is a big transformers fan, had the movie playing in the corner of the store above the toys. so hes part of the reason i miss out on things near me, oh and if anyones near bedford then the comic store here has masterpiece starscream as well as the MP-04 trailer set. not great prices though.

JETFIRE, JETFIRE, JETFIRE, JETFIRE, JETFIRE Every frikkin where, no joke the whole worlds supply must have landed at TRU norwich they had over 50 JETFIRES and no other classics in site, he was £19.99, I got mine ages ago from the US but my god over 50 thats just ridiculous!!!!!!

Tis true, thanks for the heads up BR. TRU sheffield has several of him in stock, one of which I now own. (best classic evah - if you only buy one of them make it him!) Many L.O.Classics also - all 4 from wave 1. Jetfire is 19.99 and LOC 2.99 each.(I think argos will be stocking them at £10 for 4) The guy in store also said that this istheir firstmajor restock sonce Xmas and so there should be more turning up on a weekly basis - wave 2 hopefully.

been dieing to say this for a week... last sunday went to argos and paid for the optimus&megs combo and hotrod...i waited 15 mins for optimus and megs to arrive and theyre box was a bit dented cos they basically throw them down the shoot which always angers me...then i waited another 10 mins and they brought me cybertron unicron....i stared at them eye twitching and complained and got meself a refund which i had to wait another 10 mins for..... whys life so cruel and argos so dumb.....anyway thats my rant.

It clearly states "Colours and styles may vary." on the Deluxe items in there, can't blame them for that.

yea but it aint colour or style its the wrong line...its not whats advertised...i shouldent have to buy somthing thats not right so i was intitled to my money back...i allready read on here that argos dident actually have some of the classics allthough having them in catalogue..ill og again this week i just hope they dont let me down

Think I'll postpone a trip to TRU till next weekend, as I'm off to London next Saturday. So if I get a Classics Jetfire in London, kinda makes a trip to TRU a bit redundant - but knowing me, I'll still go have a peek and report back here!!

That's the good thing about Argos - they accept all returns without reason. I know what you're saying though, they do say "Classic" even though they're still shifting the Cybertron stuff. Best bet (IMO) is to go to Customer Services then you can see what you're getting before parting with the cash...you get to skip the till queues too!


I was there yesterday (Forbidden Planet in Shaftsbury Avenue) & they've only got some overpriced rubbish in there, you can get it all delivered from the internet for cheaper. You won't get a better price on Jetfire than £20 at TRU.

jetfire is one of the nicest tf's in general in a long time, even though i gave in and got him from toyzandgamez still dont mind for one that good, now just bring on the wave 2 guys, have a mirage, and have magnus and skywarp on their way to me but a grimlock would be most welcome in the ranks.

Well, no Classics at all in my local TRU (dag-gummit), so I just made do with a Cybertron Scrapmetal from Woolies..

just down the road there is what is known as the medowhall retail park, there they have shops too big for the actual building like Tru, Hobbycraft and PC World.

On the map below, meadowhall is indicated by the arrow and the green circle at the bottom is the retail park with TRU on. Head out of the meadowhall ring road at the sainsburys garage (central area) and keep right so that you're not going towards the M1. Go past TGIs on your left and follow the dual carriageway past a mercedes garage on the right and you should come to the retail park on the left.

entertainer in cardiff had old US boxed shockwave alts at £10 a go thats pritty cool IMO just wished they went for lets say grim or mirage

On Starscream and one Bumble bee tucked away behind the travesty of the Star wars transformers.

Well, Stevenage Tescos finally has some Classics: Prime, Megatron, the Prime/Megatron double pack, and the wave 1 Minicons (which I grabbed). Fingers crossed either they or TRU get in some Classics Jetfires soon - am itching to get him!!

Likewise for Tesco Bedford, wave one classics deluxes, well Bumblebee and Screamer, Wave one mini-cons, which are much nicer in person imo, the double pack of Megs and Prime, the wave one Legends and surprisingly a load of 3 inch Titaniums, had two whole trays of them, G1 Prime, Thundercracker, Hot Rod and Galvatron were the only ones there that i could see, didnt bother diggin through the second tray though as they dont really interest me.

My new starscream has upset me as his cockpit no longer joins up, word of warning don't pull at the detatchable piece of the nose cone's see through plastic

Saw some 'new' TF's in my local Toymaster, the Classic LoC repaints. No actual new TF's, just repaints. My local Woolies is still in La La Land when it comes to stocking any TF's.
