Anybody seen Mirage? Coon Rapids Wal-Mart had one a week or two ago, but somebody beat me to it.

Here in St.Paul, MN a new Walmart just opened and they have ton's of TF stuff. Energon, Beast Wars, Alternators you name it they have it. Except for Takara of course. Just wanted to let people know this if they live in the area.

Where is the new Wal*Mart located? I can't seem to find it on the Wal*Mart website.

Anyway, it is located in Midway St Paul, on University and Pascal.
I saw some Insecticons there last weekend (no Arcees left )

Just wanted to let you guys know that I stopped at my local Target store in St Paul MN last night and found they were selling Armada and Energon Unicrons for $19.99 each or 2 for $29.99. They had probably 25 to 30 on their end cap display. I was wondering if anyone else has found any good sales?

Found Alternator Silverstreak at Coon Rapids Wal-Mart.

My friend picked me up silverstreak at the Eagan Wal*Mart yesterday.

I found Omega Supreme at target greatland off of 36 and McKnight. They had one left that I could see. They also had Arcee.

Well earlier this week I saw Omega Supreme and the roleplay weapons at the Eden Prairie Target Greatland.

Last Friday:

Super Target in Chaska had Insecticon and Arcee
Same with the EP Target.

And FYI, I'm an hour west of Minneapolis.

Hutchinson Target:

Omega Supreme, 1 left, apparently 1 already sold.

Transformers has:

2 Peg columns for Energon Basics
1 Peg column for Energon Deluxe

Then a bunch of shelf space for the boxed items right below the pegs.

Nothing new, same old crap, with some things marked down.

Toys R Us in Maplewood and Roseville have gotten G1 reissue Autobot Skids. 4-6 left at each location. Only new stuff I've seen in a while.

Whats up fellow Minnesotans. I joined these boards cause the TNI Emergency Shelter boards are here but I happened to stumble on you guys and wanted to say hi.

I'm in the Roseville/Little Canada area. My local hunting grounds are ususally the Roseville/Maplewood TRUs and the local Targets.

Currently all the stores in my area have squat. The only new things I've seen TF-wise has been Energon Demolisher and thats it. I'm getting PO'd that the new Alts have not been seen anywhere here.

Just got home. Here's what I have found (yeah right).

Edina Target Greatland:

NOTHING new, unless you're looking for Omega and the Roleplay weapons.

And I got the last Magna Stampede & Stockade set.

Found Nemisis Prime over at my local Target store.

PL Battles Packaging at Eden Prairie and Chaska Targets. Eden Prairie only had regular figs in the new packaging. Chaska had Sharkticon (now mine) and Towline.

As of noon today, there was a set of Energon Ironhide, Shockblast, Cliffjumper and Dreadwing at Toys R Us Bunsville! I got the other set!

And it completely slipped my mind to mention that the pegs were clogged with the new Powerlinx basics and deluxes. No Slugslinger, but a half-dozen each of the rest.

Been awhile since anyone has posted in this thread.

Combiner limbs have started showing up at Target stores.

Nemesis Prime is at just about every Target store now.

The new Universe Ultras are getting around.

Meister and Tracks have been popping up.

TRU Megatron/Optimus Prime 2-pack is at Bloomington and Burnsville TRUs, perhaps the others as well.

That's what I remember seeing in the last 2 weeks of toy hunting. So stuff may have come and gone at stores. But atleast we know that new stuff is showing up.

I found Ricochet at TRU in Maplewood today! Four left. I didn't buy one, had the Takara version already.

Today I found the Checkpoint/Prowl set at KMart in Blaine, right across from Northtown mall. One left.

Last week I found the Grimlock/Swoop set, Beachcomber, and Wing Saber at TRU in Minnetonka. I also found Omega Sentinel there and other TRUs in town. And at Target in Northeast Minneapolis last week, I found Steamhammer and Storm Jet.

Ooooohhhh......Storm Jet, excellent. I need him.

Got the last Steamhammer at Eden Prairie Target. There was also a Galvatron there, but the box was beat up.

Also, the Deluxes were marked down to $7.44. I forget if this was the sale price last week? Or if it's a new one.

I just checked my receipt for Storm Jet/Steamhammer, on 11/22/04, they were $7.88 each at the NE Minneapolis Target. They've been fighting Walmart on low prices for the holoday season, so I'm not surprised the lower price is still in effect.

Ah yes, $7.88. Well, Target has been a hell of a lot better at getting new Energon figs than Wal-Mart anyway, so Target has received my business more of this year.

I'm from Minnesota as well as some of the viewers of this topic (Richfield, suburb of Minneapolis).

I've noticed that most of the new Transformers toys seem to be at Target. That's where I got my Overcast from the Bloomington store. But out of ALL of the stores that I've checked (Target, Wal-Mart, Walgreens, KB Toys, Toys'R'Us, K-Mart, Kohl's, hobby and comic stores, etc., etc.); NONE of them carry the Built To Rule Energon figures. Has anyone in Minnesota found them at a retail outlet, and if so, which one. Please e-mail me and let me know. Thanks.

I think BTR is dead. There were BTR Armada sets, but I haven't seen any for Energon.

There were online photos of a very limited test market somewhere of Build To Rule Energon sets. I can't recall any more details, sorry.

2 Swindles, 1 Windcharger at Toys 'R Us in Minnetonka. I picked up the last Battle Ravage, lots of Energon here (including Grimlock and Swoop) and a few Universe's left...

Super Target on Hwy. 7 and 101 has a bunch of Silverstreak's and 1 Sideswipe, but they are all still retailing for $21.00. Ouch....

No Alt's at the Target by Ridgedale Mall, that's all I was really looking for so I don't know about the rest of there selection.

The Down town Minneapolis Target Has the newest assortment of Energon Deluxes, with comic number 4, and Universe Deluxes including Blast Charge

Bloomington TRU has empty shelf space next to the TF section section.  It's pretty big and I wonder if that is the spot for Cybertron.....

I'm sure it is. I was planning on visiting it tomorrow, and I'll pick up Optimus if he's there!

If Cybertron is there, let us know ASAP.  I'm not going in to work tomorrow so I won't be able to check.

I wound up in Burnsville, as I had business in Apple Valley. Burnsville TRU has Cybertron Voyagers Vector Prime and Crumplezone, Ultras Jetfire and Scourge, and one Megatron on the shelf. I bought the only Optimus Prime there. No Scouts, Supreme or Deluxes there yet.

And while at SuperTarget in Apple Valley, I got the last Alt. Swerve. There were three Swindles and five Grimlocks, so I assume another two Swerves and another Grimlock were there not long ago.

I didn't check any other stores, sorry.

Cool.  Burnsville is probably the best TRU in the Metro Area from what I have seen.  Maybe I'll check Bloomington tomorrow.

to update: almost all of the Twin City TRUs have received the full first wave of Cybertron, scouts through supreme.

I visited Gilette last week.
had a chance to stop by a Walmart and K Mart.

but all I could find was 2 Energon offshoot on clearance, a lot of Cybertron Scourge, some Cybertron landmines, one thundercracker, and other usual cybertron items in WalMart.

for KMart, I could only see one alternator smokescreen idle in the car models,
and 1 energon towline, 1 energon sharkticon.......

I was very disappointed.

Heading out to the Mall of America? The two toy stores there (one on the third, the other on the first) have both been recieving assloads of Cybertron deluxes. Specifically, Aptimus, Megatron, Excellion, Dreadwing, Downshift, and one or two more. The one on the bottom floor has been getting a lot of classics, including Cliffjumper, Ramjet, and Mirage. Both stores have Voyager Jetfire and Optimus. Unfortunately, these stores are ridiculously expensive, and Deluxe figures can run as much as $15-$16.

Some of the stores in the northern suburbs (Blaine, Fridley, etc...like Target and such) Have decent selections, Voyager Megatron and Rescue Ratchet. Good selection of Deluxes. For leaders, Brawl and Megatron are pretty common. A couple of TRUs in the area have some leader Cybertrons (Menasor?) And Primus is ridiculously common, especially at some of the Walmarts. I even see a few Alts (commons like Skids and Ricochet, unfortunately....) around.

Sadly, no word on MP Screamer yet. I've been checking two or three Walmarts just about every other day, too.

No MP Screamer in the Bloomington WalMart yet.

Checked the Walmart in Fridley again today. Unfortunately, still on MP Screamer. On the other hand, I did see two Leader class Optimus Primes, if anyone's looking for him.

Errgh. I went out to the Bloomington Walmart yesterday, at about a quarter after 11 (PM) and noticed that they had TONS of palettes sitting around in the toy aisles. Many of them, those lovely, purple-striped Hasbro boxes. Like, there were at least 3 or 4 palettes, maybe one or two more. I figured awesome, because I was sure MP SS would probably be in one of those boxes. I did a quick scan of some of them, (since their boxes are labled pretty obviously) but none of them said anything about SS on them. I didn't hunt anyone down, because it would have been too much to dig through and they were so close to closing, so I figured I'd come back the next day (today.)

Went back this morning, and guess what? STILL no MPSS. =( Lot of good that train of thought did me. Anyway, although it was hours ago that I was there, they had two '74 Bees and a CC 'Bee. I figure they're probably long gone by now, but they had some at one point.
