How good are they?
I'm wondering cause I found a T.H.S. Convoy there for a decent price (I have one but the incident after I got it with my sister's puppy is forcing my hand to purchase another one).
So are they reliable. What if problems arise and what not. Is their customer service any good?

Yes they are good and they are in Hong Kong so shipping will be like $20 and you should gert it within 5 days
