I'm currently dealing with a very helpfull Public Relations Rep at Paramount studios. The Studio is interested in helping out any transformers convention that is scheduled from now till the release 07/07. So please email with your contact info, a web address and a short paragraph about your con. Make sure to put "Convention Help" in the title of your email.
