The Librarian
Forget Me Not was just the start. The story continues in our very near future...the Autobot's world is about to be turned on its head. Myths will be shattered. Allies from beyond time will come to their side. Enemies old and new will rise. Heros will be reborn.

And other such prophetcial mumbo jumbo. It's fun being the all powerful writer, isn't it? biggrintf.gif

Ah, you'll see soon enough...

Prologue
The Librarian
Thus it begins...

Time for a little history lesson:

By the time he’s finished, I suspect that most of those in here would follow him into the heart of a black hole if it meant we could recover that past.
“Help me my brothers, he repeats, “Help me reclaim what we have lost.

The silence gives way to whispers, to mutters and to something close to a standing ovation.

Optimus takes his counterpart’s place, lifting a hand for peace.
“Gentlemchs, ladies.
Hush.
“As I said, I hope that this will lay the rumours that have been circulating to rest. I have already pledged my support to Vector Prime’s mission. Will you stand by my decision?

should be Gentlemechs; you forgot the "e."
and "ladies and gentlemechs" sounds better.
just my two cents but awesome job overall!!
The Librarian
Hmm...

*Tumbleweed passes by*

I take a heck of a long time to update this thing, don't I?

Thanks for the correction, Sideburn! thumbsup1.gif

To anyone who's following this story (is there anyone?!), I hope the wait was worth it!

Lost Treasure arrives:

Damn! that was awesome!! it was action packed and funny as hell all in one! More! must have more!
The Librarian
And more you shall have!

I tried something different with this one so I apologise if it's hard(er) to read than the rest.

The action moves to Animatros - thus allowing me to address my dislike of all those airy fairy 'honorable' types that the latest generation of beastial TFs seems to be made up of. I basically wanted to write about transfomers who'd forgotten they were transformers.

Ah, I'm sure you'll get the picture when you start reading:

And, heavens above, almost no perfectly spoken sarcastic smart alecs in this one!
The Librarian
Whew.

*Dusts*

Isn't it a real pain when you can't write as fast as you want to? This being particularly ironic given that this month's theme is speed.

You know the drill by now: there's a Key on a planet and our brave mechs have to get it, all the while facing down neferious Decepticons, the unsavory locals, twists, mysterious interlopers and laboured expositions...

Thus, just in time for the end of the year, I present Burnt Bridges part 4: The Need for Speed...!

Side 1

Side 2

Enjoy!

And can someone check this for me: I think I've set up 6 distinct sub-plots in addition to the 'find the mcguffin' main one. If I've got more than that, I'm in serious trouble!

Finally, a touch of a teaser for what's coming sometime in the New Year:

The hunt reaches Gigalonia, a planet where things are stranger than anything so far! Expect thrills, spills, power struggles, brave heroes, despicable villians, treachery, surpirses at every turn, really giant robots and a most urbane commentary. Starscream knows what he wants and no one is going to stand in his way. For long...

The Librarian
Blazes, this took a long time.

As promised, things move up a class as Starscream discovers that...

Enjoy!
The Librarian
The final end for the Burnt Bridges 'saga'!

An anticlimax? Perhaps...

So...
