I never ever seen magnus in stores. I was able to get one off of ebay for about 35 bucks. I figured that was my best shot at getting him.

$ 35 is pretty good. They are going for at least $40 and up now.

The great escape close to work rocks... they have a good bit of stuff. I just got a reissue magnus complete in box for $15... also got the RID scourge (chrome tanker) there a while back for $12 and lots of other good stuff.

yea, the beast era never appealed to me. Transformers just seem to fit better with cars, planes, etc...

I can't believe I passed up Jhaixus and megabolt because I was expecting to get them for Christmas...

for me, I lived through the 80's as a kid. had transformers and whatnot. watched the show. it was cool and all, but nothing really overwelming.

THEN, Beast Wars happened, and thats the reason Im here today, as an adult. I saw the show, and it really pulled me in, like good television and sci-fi should. Also being written for a collage audience as well as for younger really helped. The last toy I had as a kid, was the micromaster that came with the aircraft carrier. it was... um, just ok.

Then in 98, a friend got me Dragon Megatron as an X-mas gift, because he and I had gotten into Beast Wars, and I freaking loved it!!! That was one sweet toy. From there the collection grew, with Tigerhawk, Op Op, Rampage and Depth Charge. After that, I decided to become a completionist.

So yeah, thats my story. Thats the reason for the last 5 Botcons/Otfcc.
Thats why Im a fan: Dragon Megatron and Beast Wars.

I guess I "grew out of" transformers the time the beast wars and such came along. I'm 28, so after G1, I didn't get anything until armada when I got back into it (a little late unfortunately)... I was too late for the prime and magnus reiussues at TRU.

Energon Omega Supreme at the KBtoys in OpryMills Mall!!!! $60... won't pay that much for him... i'll wait till it's $20 like uni.

The walmarts here in Covington and Millington have up to wave 3. I search about once a week to see if they finally put them out. I wish a had a comic shop like that near me.

Got Energon Strongarm and Offshoot last weekend at the Murfreesboro Target, picked up Takara Reissue Minibots and Sideswipe at Outer Limits in Frankline, Skids at Outer Limits in Murfreesboro, and Shockblast and Cliffjumper at the Walmart in Cookeville on Monday evening.

The Outer Limits in Franklin had Hot Rodimus with Firebolt and said they'd be getting Astrotrain in again soon, along with Hound and Stepper, so keep an eye out.

Outer Limits in Franklin is right on HWY 96 beside Kmart, which is close to I-65

There is one in franklin as he said, and there is one in the boro, the same road that toys R us is on, just drive twards town across Braod st, where the road your on becomes memorial, keep driving, and its on your left, across from an O'Charley's in a little strip mall.
