I got a little bored. I will be honest. So I went out and bought one...a new board. Making my shelves bigger to fit my G1 car collection on 1 (I hope) but its raining so I can't paint it.
I was reading posts, and XJunky has been using the Diaclone Powered Convoy aka Ultra Magnus's art and I figured I'd tweek it a bit.
I took the hand gun shown in the TF insctructions sketch of this very same artwork, and placed it in his empty hands.

Would it not have been interesting if Magnus did indeed have rocket punch?
Being that mid last year I began (and pretty much completed) collecting "Block Man" toys I came across something interesting that COULD have given us PC with RP!
Last summer, a toy dealer at a local flea market came back from Florida. I was lucky enough to run into him that day and spent a good hour or so chatting and putting the right weapons with the right TF's he had in 2 or 3 big tubs. (one of my FAVORITE things to do).
In the box I came across a bunch of Block Man components, and started to gather them up. Got a complete set of one of the mid sized kits as well as a couple extra odds and ends. I found that the Ultra Magnus missile launchers are very close to some of the Block Man launchers, so they came home with the kit.
Skipping to the point, in the bag-o-parts there was some rocket punch fists that fit the launchers nicely...so with a swap of the springs, and placed on the peg's for his wrists we would get ROCKET PUNCH!
I don't actually need the launchers so they are in with the rest of the parts, but maybe...ah what the heck, the parts are right here and so is the PC.
Ok, rather than revise I'll just say this. The Block Man fists are actually Trailbreaker fists (yeay, my custom police truck can now have fists) So they fit in the launcher, but don't work well. Hard to say really, these were neutered like the Transformers launchers.
At any rate I have 2 sets of rocket punch like fists on hand. Black Trailbreaker and Black Micronaut "Barron Karza" fists. And took picts galore. 2 Block Man launchers, the black and white magnus launcher, and 4 Projectiles fitting in the slot. A bunch of pictures, and I borrowed Him's PC art to fill in the last corner.
I almost forgot to mention this, the launchers are very similar to the Magnus launcher in design. They have different pegs or holes in them to be used in various ways. Fortunately each has the hole in the back that allows them to click into the wrist position. The yellow one has a hole in the bottom, while the fatter one has a peg, all have pegs out the sides.
