So far my biggest amount of TF came from BW, the second most Alternators, and ranges around 1 threw 10 in the others.

So maybe some where in the 150/200 range.

About 400 at last count.

Came in at 276 about 2 weeks ago, including the 3 HOC PVCs and my few doubles/variants.  Since the count I've added about 15 more, so I'd say I'm probably at just over 300 by my counting methods, and just under by yours.

Well I've got 142 documented...now that's counting each individual robot right? as in each mini con counts on his own and everything right? Cuz that's how I do things.

Between 250 to 300.

Some where between 400-500. I prefer minicon teams and micromaster patrols to be counted as one unit as opposed to 3-6 toys. If you start doing that I'd have to count each tape seperately, partner minis, target, head, and power masters, action master partners. Do you count Groundshaker and his tank seperately. The same goes for Pretender shells and Action master vehicles. For confusions sake, you should only count what was packaged individually. (Predaking can be five because he was packaged as such, even if you wimped out and got the reissue.) I just did a passing count through my shelves but I could have gotten turned around so I don't know how accurate, but I came up with 463.

Ive around 160 but i count each individual sentient bot as 1.
Ie: A bot but not his pretender shell
or a micromaster but not his vehicle/base,
and i count combiners only for their component bots ie: not Bruticus, Superion etc. but the guys who make him up

It's amazing to even think about how many Transformers I have.  Think about how much money we've all spent on Transformers throughout the years.  Can you imagine how rich we would be (collectively and individually) if we had all the money we spent on Transformers back in our pocket?

Right now I only have a handful of beastformers, some Binaltechs (including 20th Prime), and a purple tank Megatron.

Here at my house i got about 45 BT's and ALts

But at my mom's house i got about 450 TF's that are in my old room

My mom wants to keep them there since i moved out

That is counting all the individual bots, mini-cons and combiner limbs seperately, plus I do have some doubles (7 Warpaths, love the little tanks).

Honestly, waaaaay too many of these came in the last year, I bought something like 250 w/in the last 9 months (mainly BW and G1 no less).

That comes to $9404 invested in TF stuff roughly (including the display cases, lights, DVDs, a few of the Dreamwave comics, etc) over 8 years of collecting.

what about repaints and playsets and retools?

You counted the cash?  You're a brave man... I'm probably closer to that amount than I'd like to know... with only about 2 years collecting, no less.  Damn, I need to reorganize my priorities. 

I also counted doubles.. most of which are my banged up g1s and my reissues.. I don't know if I counted my KO Scramble city guys though.. .. oh well.

A transformer is a transformer anyway you slice it.. atleast thats my take on it. Now I wouldn't count tidal wave as being 3 people though.. haha

well, ive got 100 G1 alone, and close to all the versions of the Beast Wars characters, as well as the tank and motorcycle drones from Beast Machines..... 13 Bots from Cybertron and 9 Cons from Cybertron/Galaxy Force.... soo deffinately around 150 diplayed, I dont have the Armada/energon up except for the Bruticus maximus that ive got with divebomb and battle ravage under him, so yea deffinately 150ish displayed, all together id say prolly round 200 - 250... mmmmmmmmmmmaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyybe 30, but i think that might be pushin it, i just wish i had a decent cam to take pics of what i do have displayed....
