Gen. Magnus, cool combos there. How do you like your new figures? For Alternate Mugen General 7, that one looks really close to the original version. How stable are the legs? Do you think we could get a side & back shot? I was having some problems figuring it out but I made the legs different and was wondering if it was an improvement over the original or a substandard copy.
Here are some pics of the packaging of my TRU set:

here are the main figures. They are exact copies of Q,R,S except for color:

Here is the bonus figure, Armed Leon:

Group shot:

I really like this set. The color for Razor Ninja makes him clearly my favorite, with Quest Knight's color scheme coming in second. I actually prefer the original green for Save Gunman but the red as an angry bull is fitting. Plus Armed Leon is a pretty cool little lion. I'm glad they developed a way for the weapons to come together as this little guy. A very good set if you can find one.

I also got a pm asking if the Roid General 3 pieces are the same as the TRU exclusive Three Beast Warrior set. They are not. Both have pieces unique to each set.
Three Beast Warrior accessories:

Roid General 3 accessories:

Plus the Roid General 3 set includes the 3 roid forms for Quick Knight, Razor Ninja, Save Gunman:

It is hard to see with the flash washing out their heads (plus they are not painted) but their letters are molded into the sides of their heads.

There are actually some pretty serious differences between the original and this one if you look a bit more closely. The original doesn't use a ton of parts. Sadly, the legs do slide outward a little but it is not too bad, really.
I have no problem setting you up with some pics. I sure hope they help.

Oh, and I
love the new figs. Over Ligan is a bit weak when compared to ZE and JS but he is still pretty keen.

Well, have just done a brief animation of the 4 Dragon Legends set. I tried making an animated .gif, but it comes out as way too big to post here as an attachment (11.7Mb). So I tried making an .mpg of it, which weighs in at a more manageable 3.1Mb - and I will try posting it in on YouTube.com and post the link here once it has been processed.
EDIT: Here's the YouTube link -

They are quite sweet. I think I like the silver on Jab Stag more than the grey / blue on Junk Stag. I didn't have an Iron Beetle but I definitely like the golden brown Inter Beetle more than the red of Iron Beetle. Thanks to the additional accessories, the full bot mode is far cooler.

I do have to agree there. Jab Stag's isn't bad but I do prefer Junk Stag's gestalt head. Oh well. It's still more than 2 steps forward and one step back.

Hey all!!
Well, my Try Wolf has arrived, which ups me to 43 sets!! Not as many parts as the Speed Eagle, but otherwise it's a cool set. Nice vehicle mode, and the animal mode is very good indeed!!
In other news, I'm currently storyboarding my next animation which wil be starring my combo Solar Ligan. Am attempting to plan this animation so it runs to at least a few minutes, with sound effects and maybe a voice-over track as well. For those of you not familiar with Solar Ligan, I'll attach a pic!!

No opossum eatings here, thankfully... damn foul beasties. No new Mugenbine either, however, since Insect Double. I do have 2 people over seas looking for a Mach Ptera for me but that is about it right now.

I got a plush opossum hanging on my closet door. I'm pretty tight on walking space; so I can't get over to it and it can't get over to me, so I haven't been eaten yet!

Hope you guys all do great! I'm sure you will, especially if you put even a fraction of the energy you use on Mugenbining into it!
Its good to hear from everyone, I was beginning to think I was the lone Mugenbine collector. ( Kinda like a "Cat Lady" but no cats just Mugenbines!)
I'm still unpacking and building shelves for my toy room. I hate to say it, but I still don't think I have enough room!
My collection is all over the map I need to narrow it down! I've got MRR, Mugenbine, Zoids Blox (my fav of the line), Webdiver, S.I.C.,DaiGunder, Power Rangers , Keybots, Revoltech, Soul of Chogokin,
GoDaikin, TFormers Beast Wars, Microman and GaoGaiGar! Not to mention all the various anime figures! This room is going to be shelf-a-rama!
As soon as I can get around to building something I'll post a pic.
In the meantime here is a picture of two upcoming Keybots. BlazerDile and Gaia Drago. Repaints of Bots from the first line, they've updated them with the new "cores" and given each "Smallbot" Launchers!

I get those great pics from here:
http://keytoy.web.fc2.com/ Now keep in mind he uses multiples of the same sets, sometimes as many as four or six of one character! ( He does list what he uses to create each piece, which is a big help.)
But, with a little creativity you can come up with just as great designs using one or two of each set.
