Well, got the rest of my shipment today..and I played with them before I'd post...so here goes. I think I'll do my comments by team.
Ridebine:
Wanrikiguma: I love Wanri's animal and vehicle modes. The robot mode's okay, but he needs a bit of a better weapon-placement. Can someone tell me what his animal is actually supposed to be? I figured he was just a mere bear or dog, but the other animals in the Ridebine look to be legendary.
Yuutenma: In short, when it comes to him visually..he's really impressive. Cast in a neat translucent plastic..personally, I found Yuutenma the most confusing of the ridebine team, initially I mistook his Machine Mode as a stealth bomber, instead of a hangglider. I also mistook his Animal mode as as a plain-old horse...started looking over the packaging, and realized he's actually a pegasus. I think he's actually going to be my favorite of the Ridebine group.
Next up, Three Muskateers!
I haven't built the combined model yet. (I might in a while, I'm running out of space on my desk for these guys. Haha.)
Savegun: This guy really surprised me. From all the pictures I'd seen, I disliked him...but after playing with it, I really like this guy. His animal mode looks great, robot mode is fun(especially with the revolver!), the Machine and Base mode is a sort of tank, and recharging station.
Razorninja: The one that was my favorite from the pics. I like the animal(A sort of hammerhead/sawtooth shark fusion?), and the machine/base mode.
Questknight:Like the animal, and machine modes. Not too much of a fan of the Base or Robot modes.
Overall.. I really like the Ridebine group, still. I'm not sure about the Three Muskateers as a group. I really like Savegunman, though.
Quick edit: Decided to go ahead and build the combined mode. All I can say is..he's big.

I am pretty sure Wanrikiguma is supposed to be a bear. And I agree about his comb/rake weapon. He looks goofy holding it. I just stuck it on top of his shoulder with the comb part towards his back so it kinda looks like a machine gun. My only other gripe is unlike the other Ridebine figures, the car parts are attached to him while the others can stand next to their vehicles. Not a major problem since I like this group of figures the most.
Ah yes, now you see why I like Yuutenma so much. Great beast mode, clever vehicle mode and the translucent plastic is a nice touch. My only gripe (a very small one) is of the four Ridebine figures in individual robot mode, I like his big robot head the least (the Mugenroid head I do like though).
Save Gunman is probably the best of the Three Musketeers figures (kinda funny since none of them have muskets

). I am not a huge fan of the Turboroid mold (O-S & the base figures). I like the standard Mugenroid form much more. I think that the wheels on the Turboroid get in the way. I also don't care too much for all of the left over parts that become base pieces for these three (Overligan & Powernose use all of their parts). Although I do really like Savegunman's big robot mode and the cowboy theme that carries over with Turboroid mode and big bot mode. I also really like his animal mode. My favorite out of the three. With that said after reading your review on Savegunman, it inspired me to change up my Mugenbine display. I think I made a pretty cool bot out of Digkong, Kaisercondor & Savegunman.
Razorninja IMO has the best looking big robot mold, and a great beast mold. I just don't care for his Turboroid robot face for some reason. I also don't care for the traffic light side of his sword that much either.
Questknight's vehicle mode is his weakest one but is pretty solid in his other molds. I do like the knight & dragon theme in big robot and beast modes and he has a pretty decent Turboroid head too. He was the figure I was looking forward to the most when I ordered him and was a bit disappointed—mainly due to the limited articulation in dragon mold.
For the Three Musketeers combined mode, I like the preliminary version (the combined mode drawing on Questknight & Razorninja's box) as opposed to the official version on Savegunman's box & instructions. The only real difference between the two is the placement of the two beast heads that are in front on the official side to the sides of the legs and moving a few other parts around on the legs. The torso remains the same. It is more eye catching to me that way. Other than that it is a pretty good combined mode; one that is better IMO than the official Ridebine combined mode with Teiouryu, Uzumakidori and Wanrikiguma.
