UJ, so are any mugenroids used in the mugencrab or is it all bineparts?

For MugenCrab, I used the mugenroids for InterBeetle and Jabstag. In addition, I used the big shell parts and the small engines from InterBeetle, and the pincer parts from JabStag.

UJ, can you use the piece for the combined head and attach it to the female ports on Mugencrab to give it a pair of peepers?

Hate to bump, but I managed to get a photo of my current displayed collection.


(Not shown: BuildGiraffet, Dig Kong, Xenobine, Quest Knight, Laser Ninja, Save Gunman, Teiryuou, Uzumakidori, Wanrikiguma, and Yutenma. They're either packed up or on my desk.)
Only problem is, I'm not exactly sure how to display them. By team? Size class? Animal forms? Release?

At least you have room to display a fair few of them, Aoi - I am really limited on display space. The pic of my collection was taken on the dining room table!!

As for how to display them, I'd probably go for alphabetically (just to be awkward), with the larger sets at the back. Just a suggestion..

Yeah..I know what y'mean on limited space. I used to have most of my Mugenbine collection on my work desk next to me...got a bit tired of lacking a workspace(plus I'm planning on replacing it with another desk soon.), so I decided to box up some of the figures, and then get a Four shelf thing from Plano. I'm kind of weary of actually having these up there, cause it's wobbly, and I keep bumping it if I try to get into the closet. ^_^;;

EDIT: Oh, before I forget to ask, what are the two sets that make up the Dark Flame Dragon called? Obviously, they aren't named Speed Eagle and Powerful Tyranno, but I don't know what their bad guy names are..

This Victory Voltron remind me more of Juggernaut from X-Men!! And as for the monster Mugen Hercules, that looks pretty damn sweet - wonder how tall that thing is..

All I can say about the Mugen Hercules set is whoaaa...and Victory Voltron is wooow. I love how he's so SD.

As for Speed Eagle/Dark Flame Eagle, Looks good, UJ! The Candybine/DFD gattai's are good, too.

Thanks for all the compliments folks - will probably have a go at combining the two Powerful Tyrannos I have later today. Oh, and think of a suitable name for the Speed Eagle 'bot!

Since the set is Dark Flame Dragon, I call the eagle "Flame Eagle" and the Tyrano "Dark Tyrano". I don' t know if these are their official names or not.

As for names Double Flaming Speed Eagle??

Think I will call the bits in DFD Flame Eagle and Dark Tyranno as well, since I can't think of anything better!! : As for naming my Speed Eagle combo, how about Inferno Eagle?

Switch it around, I think "Eagle Inferno" has a better ring to it! As in " Heavenly Smasher, Eagle Inferno!" Now you have an anime name for it as well!

Cheese, that looks so cool!! Kinda makes my efforts look a bit weak really I guess I could always try making variants of that using my other Build Gattai sets in conjunction with the other Juuki Gattai sets I have; might have to give that a whirl this coming week!!

Don't ever think your efforts are lame, you should have seen what I was making when I first got my sets! I only got better because I studied everyone else's work on all the different Mugenbine fan sites! I find if you experiment and take risks, you get greater rewards!

Well, I was thinking of having a go at making a Pelican dropship from Halo, using the Mugen Hercules as a base for it. Did make a little bomber jet out of Hercules a while ago, then a bigger version combining it with Heavy Mammoth, but I'll be jiggered if I can remember how I made it!!

Hey hey guys. Guess what I got today! (Besides a case the kidney stones. Whee.) Kaiser Condor and my replacement for Heat Tricera came in! Haven't had a chance to re-play with Heat Tricera yet, but I love Kaiser Condor. I'm kind of mad at myself for saying earlier on that if I got Carry Eagle, I wouldn't get the other.

Now, I need to start making my own creations like ya'll are. heh.

Hehehe I guess it would be more cruiser / destroyer sized when I try building it. And yeah, it is more reminiscent of Energon OS's Battleship part.. Hang on, that ain't a bad idea to try out once I have enough parts - a Mugenbine Omega Supreme!!

I got a quick question guys, anyone know where i can get pics of the first release of the 4 Holy Beasts candy toys set?

i ask because i got Kinoujin and Ginoujin in the mail today, and i wanna do the origional combo for the Emperor. =]

You need the tiger, turtle, bird and the dragon with the drill tail to make the Emporer.
Also the head sculpts are different on both the Mugenroid and the gestalt form of the candy figures.

Well, have recreated another combo I found online, consisting of Victory Leon, Quest Knight and Juuki Gattai Mugen Fire. Did toy with the idea of calling him Super Fire God Convoy (for a laugh), but am settling on Victory Blaze!!

I might as put out a pic of my Mugenbine set up. The big guy is the same one I showed earlier
made from Powerful Tyranno, Speed Eagle, Heavy Mammoth, and Tri Wolf. Next to it are the Kotobukya
chain bases with Attack Condor and Chase Dober on them. Finally, below the big guy are the Dark Flame
Dragon animal forms with the clear flame dragon bits in a small 2 legged dragon that I stuck together.

Looks good, guys! I've been a bit quiet the last few days so I don't get tempted to blow my savings for a new PC on Mugenbine.

Anyhow, I wonder if I should contact Rosalinda about my Galaxy Rex. I paid for on the 26th of Sept, but on eBay, it says it was shipped on Oct. 14 -_-;; Oh well. On the good side, it'll probably be arriving around my birthday.

since i been messing around with the new Candy Toy sets...i put together one of the robot forms, the one with the Scythe as the weapon, thats based more on the Mugen Emperor...but my question is..Is that Kinoujin or Ginoujin? ...which one is which? Help Please?! =]

Hey i got another question for everyone (still hopeing one of you knows which one is Kinoujin and which one is Ginoujin lol)...anyway, I'm putting the stickers on the TRU set and Air Leon has 2 small rectangular GOLD and black Mugenbine symbol stickers...Ive scour'd over pictures of this set and i have NO idea where those 2 stickers go...

Does ANYONE know, and if they do, could they take a pic of it so i can see? THANKS! =]

ive started to DL the first few episodes so here comes a noob question how easy are the toys to get a hold of and what ones do you recommend I'm looking at Fang tiger, kuwagata dozer (the beetle) zenon bine and Assault Leon also i dont know the name but its black and white and can become a t-rex or space shuttle

If you are DL the eps from TVNihon, those are Machine Robo Rescue not Machine Robo Mugenbine episodes—they are two different series (like Armada & Energon). MRR was the series before Mugenbine; but Mugenbine doesn't have a cartoon to go with it. As for the figures you mentioned above, those are Mugenbine figures and they were easier to get a hold of the past few years but are more difficult now since they have to be imported and many of the online toystores that carried them began to clearance them out last year. A few stores like HLJ and BBTS carry the newer figures but the ones that you are looking for are going to be more difficult to find. EBay is going to probably be your best bet to get those figures. As to how hard they will be to find, you should not have too hard a time finding Kuwagata Dozer on eBay; he and Carry Eagle were pretty common when I was actively looking for figures. Xeno Bine is another one that shouldn't be too hard to find on eBay and he sometimes comes in waves so if you don't see him right away, there will be one in the next few weeks. Assault Leon is a little harder to find on eBay but a seller there that goes by Rosalinda's Trading, an eBay seller based in Singapore, might still have some. They are on the up and up but their shipping is horrible. They won't steal your money but they sometimes take an eternity getting your stuff to you. The Black and white shuttle is Launcher Zaurus. He is very popular and very hard to find. You might find one on eBay but you would have a better chance using a site like Rinkya to find the figure off of Yahoo! Japan. Last year a recolor of Launcher Zaurus, called Lead Zaurus, was released and it might be easier to find. HLJ might still have some in stock. It is a blue & Purple repaint of Launcher Zaurus but comes with two gun pieces ala Assault Leon. Not as good looking as the black and white one but it might be a cheaper alternative.

As for MRR figures, they did release toys for that series and they are compatible with the newer Mugenbine figures. HLJ might have a few sets left but these are really hard to find at a reasonable price. Again best bet is eBay or Rinkya if finding MRR figures. Let me know if you have any other questions.

yeah Lead Saurus is a good deal easier to find than Launcher Saurus...infact, i think Big Bad Toy Store has a Lead Saurus in stock.

Oh and for the record guys, KINOUJIN is the Gold one, thats more based on the Mugen Emperor with the Scythe for a weapon, and GINOUJIN is the "silver" one thats more based on the 4 dragon legend set, with the drill staff for a weapon...apparently Kinouji means gold, and Ginouji means silver. =] Thanks to Ryan at Fantofan for the info.

and im paying on thursday for a DX Dark Flame Dragon...i am SO FRAKKIN EXCITED for that set...i so cant wait for it.

I tried messing around with my Tyranno and Eagle sets, just looking at the pieces before i get the Dragon...and im so disappointed in how loose some of the pieces on the Tyranno set are...i almost cant do anything with them...hell, his robot mode falls down and his legs fall off...doing combos with those pieces always fall apart =[



not to write a huge post, but i wanted to throw in some recommendations...looking on ebay, ROSALINDA Trading is having a sale on a few items, Assault Leon, Great Rex, and Yuutenma (Robot, Pegasus, and Mugenroid with a hang glider, AWESOME figure set) are all 40% off...thats a GREAT deal..theyre all like $8.70 a piece...shipping may bite ya in the ass, but its worth it, theyre all great figures. Rosalinda's also got a Needle Stego, which is definitely hard to find, for $10...NOT bad.

BUILDGIRAFFET (#02), FANGTIGER(#7), HEATTRICERA (#9), JUNKSTAG (#11) are being sold as a set for $24.99, by a comic book store in NJ ive done business with in the past, they wont screw you and getting those 4 together is a great deal at that price. =]

Good luck with your Mugenbine collecting...Be Careful though...Theyre addicting as hell and theyre getting harder and harder to find...i myself have only been collecting for a year...and by some fluke of fate have gotten every set except some Store Exclusives (Black Jusco Air Leon, which im getting DESPERATE for, the Toys R Us exclusive set with the White Quest Knight and the Black SaveGunman...i DREAM of this set!), and the apparently HARDEST to find of all the figures, #05 EVO RHINOCE and the recolor ENERGY RHINOCE...someday i swear, even if i have to kill, i will get those dang RHINOS~!

Sorry to hear about your Tyranno & Eagle sets being loose Immy. I don't have any problems with mine, fortunately. It sounds like the plastic that holds the pins in the holes is opened too much. Try putting some tissue around the pin and then popping it in the hole (tear off any extra that sticks out). That should help keep the parts attached. Flame Dragon is really cool. You will enjoy that set.

Oh and to make a slight correction to the TRU exclusive set, SaveGunman is red not black; RazorNinja is the black one. (A black Save gunman would be really cool though...).
