'01 Chevy Impala with the Police Interceptor package for less than $5000. They even left in the surveillance light. Of course, if you got it you'd probably have to overhaul the engine, replace the seats, and patch up those holes in the roof, but after that it'd be an AWESOME car.

Or, perhaps I'm the only one who thinks driving a police car would kick ass. bumblebeetounge.gif

I drove a cop Impala with public works markings for a summer - *everyone* gets out of your way, no matter the speed. They are pretty cool, but they lead very tough lives, and I wouldn't buy one used. However, all you have to do is find a white Impala and paint the hood black and I guarantee even without markings of any sort people will scoot out of your way. thumbsup1.gif

Gotta have the black/chrome police rims on it too....that gives them away REAL quick.

You can also buy the searchlamps that mount to the A pillars. Actually, it'd be even better to get a 96-ish Impala SS and paint the hood, roof, and trunk white. I wonder how far you can go before they start hitting you with impersonating a cop...

Depends on the area. Some places in the US won't let you have a light bar....some only say to not have any markings. cliffjumper.gif

Actually that appears to be a clone of a SS Impala made from an old police cruiser.

But what would kick ass is to have a 1974 Dodge Monaco aka The "Bluesmobile" ROCK ON!

Yeah, however, you can't use them.

Dammit, you beat me to it. Good job though. optimuslaugh2.gif

I always thought it would be fun to have a retired Squad car, my previous Land Lord drives a retired Ghost car. One of the older Crown Vics. thumbsup1.gif

Hmmm... I though Police got their Impalas custom with rear-wheel drive instead of front. Guess not, or else I am looking at it horribly wrong. =/
